      the worst appliance delivery i have ever had. i have flipped multiple houses and have many appliance deliveries. this delivery, they broke my refrigerator. did not supply a cord for my stove which i paid extra for and left the stove sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor. they did not take the plastic and tape off the appliances. and they did not move my old refrigerator to another room even after i told them i paid extra for that. very disappointed. would not recommend them to anybody. left one star because i couldn,t leave 0

      I will never use this company. They sent to clowns to install a dishwasher, they look at the job and it was to hard and a lot of work , so they call there boss and lied to him about some kind of story and would not install the unit after it was paid for . The did not want to get there hands dirty. There were holes where they could put lines through.
      Talked to there boss and he hung up on me.
      They are a bunch of clowns. The two clowns should be fired
      Home Depot said they were going to stop using Temco.
      BBB will hear from me. Please do not use this company
      I hope someone takes there *** too court

      I wish I could give .5 stars, or just 0. On July 14th, I had a new dishwasher delivered to me that I purchased from Home Depot. Upon initial inspection of the new dishwasher, I saw that it was actually dented, and complained about this to Home Depot, who agreed to send us a new one. The Temco delivery person took back the dented machine and I asked him to re-install the old dishwasher, just so I don't have a gaping hole in my kitchen area. On July 28th, different Temco delivery people came to deliver the replacement dishwasher. But as they removed the old dishwasher, a foul smell came from the hose connecting the main water pipe to the old dishwasher, and the water inside this hose poured out onto my kitchen floor. The delivery people and I cleaned up the water but the stench was eminating from the hose and the delivery people claimed that they could not take the dishwasher back as it was hazardous to themselves and we had to get the city to dispose of it. They put me on call with their supervisor, who didn't give me his name and corraborated what they said. The supervisor specifically told them to leave the dishwasher outside on my curb using their moving equipment. They did install my new dishwasher and after signing the paper, I reminded them to take the old one out onto the curb, and I agreed to deal with it. They said they would and they left with it out the front door. I closed the door and went to the bathroom. 5 minutes later I go outside and I see the old dishwasher sitting outside on my lawn, and the Temco delivery people gone. I try calling them back, but they never picked up. I called Home Depot and had no luck in getting them to contact the Temco supervisor to get the delivery people to come back and move this old dishwasher. I had to move it myself with my neighbor onto the curb, because the city refused to take it and the garbage truck won't take it unless it is on my curb. My worst delivery experience ever.

      I am following up on an attempted install/delivery on behalf of this company. This is my formal complaint. It appears that the removal/installation was not completed. I can confirm that the team sent to remove/install was not prepared or skilled for the task. After 2 hours of attempting to remove the currently mounted microwave, a gentleman cut himself and was not able to proceed with the job. He stated that I must proceed with the removal and call the number for a work order to re-install. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My mother is eldery and ill, this company took advantage of her current state and left the delivery and installation without being completed. My mother depends on making quick meals by using the microwave. Our contract with Costco clearly states to remove and install appliances. The customer service rep "Aioeen" or "Aileen" was extremely rude and condescending. I received a phone call stating that my installation was completed which is completely false. I am not appreciative of any fraudulent actions taken on behalf of this company. I contacted GE appliances and spoke with Clarissa, she advised that she was escalating my concern via email. I look forward to hearing back from you.
