      Terrible customer **********************. ********************** driver refused to install my new washing machine on the pedestal they delivered today even though I was promised that would happen since I have a disabled veteran husband.

      I was infuriated by the delivery service I received. One of the drivers knocked on our door stating that they could not deliver at the street and asked if we had a back alley, which we do not. He said that the couldn't deliver at the street as they had been struck from behind in the past so they couldn't. Couldn't deliver in the driveway because their ****** lb truck will crack the concrete. They were parked about a block away and I asked them to dolly up the street to our house, which they refused. Driver stated that the only way they could deliver was "vehicle to vehicle" I drove my vehicle to their truck and they loaded it on my truck. We had to lay it on it's side so I couldn't plug it in for 24 hours. All I received was refusal, excuses and unpleasantness. I can't believe that a big box store would use these people.

      Joke of a company! One of their delivery drivers relieved himself outside of my house behind a dumpster. I cannot believe a company like that would hire such horrendous individuals. Use any other company

      While temco logistics was delivering in my neighborhood one of there drivers were driving recklessly and hit my vehicle as it was parked on the side of the road. The driver then proceeded to speed off I was lucky enough to get an license plate number which is from ******* *******. I have to this day been unable to get into touch with anyone from this company so now I have to drive a vehicle I had just bought with a completely smashed back door and busted out rear window.

      Truck has been blocking my car for 37 minutes that I know about. Lift gate down, no people. Missed my medical appointment. *** said sorry, but all spaces had cars when they came. When I came outside at 1:05, there was 7 open spots north of **** wish one of the guys could come check the truck every 15 minutes.

      This ********** affiliate is the worst. I have been rescheduled 3 times but only after I took off time from work and waited the entire window of time I was allotted. They have provided no informational. Additionally they forged my signature on the paperwork upon delivery.

      I just ran into one of their dangerous rude drivers, or should I say he almost ran into me intentionally. He also played chicken with and almost ran over another neighborhood woman who happened to see him attempt to strike me. It all began with him barreling down the middle of a narrow beach road with a 15mph speed limit at least twice the speed limit. When confronted by the many neighbors who witnessed, his response was to laugh and call us jerks. He was proud to tell us he was trained to deal with people. Never heard of the company before but they are evidently owned by *********** Someone evidently needs to do a better job of vetting and training.

      Temco logistics is a farce, they lied to me when the delivery driver didn't deliver my new Refrigerator from **********, he never stopped at my house, because I was home all day waiting on him to show up, now they won't contact ********** so that I can get my money back and the are not returning phone calls. I told ********** to cancel the order since Temco continues to lie about it, I just want the $1129.00 I paid on the refrigerator that I never got. I in all honesty think that they Temco is running a side business stealing people's items and re selling them. I am not the first to have this problem with this company but they continue to get an "A+" rating.

      Unprofessional, argumentive and bullys ! Argued with me as to which door they wanted to bring washer and dryer in. They wanted to come in the front door and go around several pieces of furniture instead of in the back door and turn right and appliances would be were the needed to be! I told the guys in the back door or leave! Contacted ********** about the issue and he was appalled

      Temco was outsourced by Home Delivery to deliver a stackable washer/dryer to my house in ***********. I prechecked all doors and hallways to make sure that the washer/dryer configuration would fit along height and width dimensions. When the two gentlemen arrived to assess the delivery pathway they spent approximately two minutes in the house and measured nothing (It was 1:30PM on a Tuesday). After their "inspection" they indicated that they could not place the stackable washer dryer in the intended location on the 2nd Floor. I asked them why and they could not/did not explain. They indicated to me they would call their supervisor who would explain the situation to me. One of the two men was quite obnoxious and took a seat on the back edge of his delivery truck. He looked ready to go home I spoke with the Temco Supervisor (*****) who explained to me that while clearance existed for the delivery pathway, using a dolly provided the potential for damage to the wood floor and/or the ceiling. I asked if a) the dolly was required b) the delivery team used tipping techniques to avoid ceilings, and c) whether the washer and dryer could be separated, thus reducing potential damage to the walls or ceilings. In all cases ************ drop-down liability policies precluded TEMCO from taking such risk............These liability policies were not disclosed to me, and were interpreted so stringently by TEMCO that I can't imagine them being able to deliver ANY appliance.Upon receipt of this information I a) Asked the delivery team to leave b) Told their supervisor to cancel the delivery order AND my entire ********** order c) Followed up with ********** to confirm that the order was to be cancelled d) Advised them that Temco was a HORRIBLE subcontractor based upon my experience and encouraged them to discontinue using them e) Reported Temco to the Better Business Bureau. Something tells me they got paid for their time and not for execution of delivery.Shame on TEMCO ***
