      We purchased a stacked washer/dryer through *********** Temco called us at 6:41am to tell us they were about to arrive (way earlier than our delivery window). We rushed to get dressed and take our daughter to preschool. The two gentlemen seemed to struggle with bringing the unit up (we did have a tri-level, row townhouse) and proceeded to take over two hours to "install" the unit. I could visually tell it wasn't level by looking and they proceeded to argue with me before I pulled out my own leveler. Then they proceeded to.....KNOCK THE SPRINKLER HEAD OFF OUR CEILING and flooding our house with ****** gallons of water (which you can't turn off since it's an attached unit and not connected to the water main). After HD and Temco bantered over responsibility, which took about four days, our house was ruined. We spent FIVE WEEKS living at a hotel (one bed, three people) and argued over being reimbursed for everything from our dining expenses to water mitigation. We finally got put up in rental housing for an additional 5 months following this. It was a life-changing experience. We had to give up on our "wet-wet" house (as my 4 year old daughter named it) because approximately 85% of our belongings were ruined (clothing, furniture, etc) in addition the house needed new sub-flooring, carpet, drywall, flooring, etc. We moved and had to buy new everything (tv, couch, beds, **********). I will always ask any appliance sales person who is doing their install moving forward. These two men were not educated, practiced or professional and they ruined our house....literally.

      Waiting for resolution of my claim for 4 months. No one answers my phone calls. Literally a clown show. Curse ********** for using them.

      Company does not have concern for customer safety at all. They installed an over the range microwave in my home yesterday, but failed to install both screws that secure it to the cabinet. After they left, my son kept complaining about the microwave looking unlevel. We found that they had only installed one of the two screws needed. I have made attempts with both the company (Temco) and ********** to resolve this issue quickly, even offering to complete the job myself, could they just bring the proper part, but they are unwilling to make any arrangements other to throw me into the delivery rotation for tomorrow which doesn't work for me. So now I am left with a 55-pound microwave that I'm hoping doesn't ruin my cabinet or worse.

      Terrible company, after our builder turned the keys over to a new construction home with the over the range hood missing, we were left to wait months until the correct hood came in. Temco gave us a call that they have received the product and were ready to come out and install it. We set up a day and time for that to happen, but quickly was greeted with nothing but headaches. The first time they came out they did not complete the installation because the unit was damaged. They hadn't bothered to inspect the product prior to showing up. I took time off work for nothing. Not only did they have to reschedule and I was going to have to wait months for a new unit to come in; but they ended up damaging my dishwasher handle in the process. One of the techs dropped their ladder and scratched the handle. The second time they came out, they did not want to complete the install because of the the duct work. It needed to be cut by a mechanical tradesman in order to fit the new unit. It was such a simple cut, I could have done it myself if they didn't tell me it would void their work. I ended up waiting another couple months before they could come back out one last time to finish installing the shroud of the hood. Only this time, they would damage my refrigerator drawer. Every time they would come out, they would damage something new. It has been over a year and they have not fixed my refrigerator drawer. I'm going to end up getting a lawyer and making them not only fix the drawer, but pay the legal expenses. I have pictures of all the damages if needed.

      Their Carson location delivered a washer and dryer unit to my house. They almost left the area without delivering it. For some reason they decided to sit outside without attempting to come through my front gate. I got a voicemail that they were threatening to leave while I was at work. My wife had to run out on a service street and make them come in herself. They were deliberately trying not to deliver it in my opinion.

      I'm surprised at all of the 1 star reviews! I had an amazing experience with Temco Logistics in *********, CA. The technicians, **************** and his partner ***, were phenomenal! They took their time in troubleshooting the installation of my new dishwasher. 1. Temco Logistics is subcontracted by ********** (HD) and HD tells you to be available All Day to accept the delivery. I received a reminder call the day before the scheduled date. The person on the line reiterated to expect the team any time on the delivery date. HOWEVER, I asked when I could expect then since "All Day" is a huge window. The person kindly said I was 3rd on the list meaning I could expect the ********* time in the morning. 2. Schedule Delivery Date: ****** called me 30 min prior to their arrival. He explained that he was finishing his 2nd stop and if anyone was home for the delivery. ~Yes! 3. ****** + *** arrived and had trouble removing my old dishwasher (**) since the countertop/area was snuggly built around it. That did not stop them. They asked if I wanted to reschedule so that I could have a ********* open up the space OR if they should continue trying. After some gentle force and wiggling of the old **, they got it out and carefully brought in the new **. *** made wide calculated turns around the corners of the walls as he wheeled in the New and out with the Old. 4. Great teamwork: *** leveled the ** while ****** turned it ON + performed a test wash cycle to check for leaks. They also shared some maintenance tips. Overall: I would do business with this ********* company again. One of two things happened here: // Either I was blessed to be assigned to this duo that takes pride in their work + has outstanding work ethic; or // *********** took to heart the constructive feedback from the previous customers that left 1 star reviews and is trying their best to do better. If you decide to give Temco Logistics (*********, **) the benefit of the doubt, request ****** + ***!

      Temco Logistics out of ********** ** had 2 men deliver 1 of 2 of our appliances on the first visit, and claimed they were not aware of the 2nd appliance order, even though it was on the same order form. On the second delivery, 3 men (same 2) came into the house speaking in a different language and barely acknowledging us, even when we spoke to them. They did not offer to put down floor coverings to protect our rugs from their snow and salted boots. They removed the existing range and when they brought the new range in, they insisted on installing it without my inspection first or cleanup of the space. After connecting the range, the lead man gave me his phone to sign for the delivery. I replied I will sign once we confirm the oven and cooktop is in working order, once you've leveled the range and you've removed the packaging tape. He took his phone and abruptly left with the other two men. Needless to say, the Customer complaints of 1 star ratings on ********************** within the last year, should be more than enough leverage for ********************* to remove them from their contractor list.

      This is the delivery and installation service used by ********** for major appliances. I've had two unfortunate encounters with Temco employees. In the first they demolished my entry gate and damaged my fence while making a delivery. The men providing the service were rude. I incurred personal costs of $300 to repair my gate and fence. In the second instance, after being kept waiting for an appliance delivery, the Temco entered my gated property without permission then refused to make the install, basically because with a single try, he seemed unable to shut off a water supply, He too was rude. With this, I have notified ********** that I will no longer purchase delivered or installed appliances with them until they contract with a new company. I advise against shopping ********** accordingly.
