      Took my car in for a leaking coolant pipe on a Monday. They said they could have it done by the end of the week. I reached out to my service advisor on Thursday looking for an update and didn't get a response. Tried on Friday and didn't get a response until end of the day saying it won't be ready and "trying to get it out by tomorrow lol". Didn't hear from them Saturday. I reached out Monday and they said it's being worked on and again trying to get it out by tomorrow. I told them if it wasn't ready by Wednesday I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the following Friday since I was traveling for a week. The service advisor said "No problem, I'll have it ready and washed". Friday rolls around and I show up to get the car it's not ready. No call or text saying it wasn't ready. He told me that since I said I couldn't be there until the following Friday they pushed my car out after it was supposedly already being worked on the previous week. They put me in a rental car and give me no ETA on when it will be ready. I reach out every day from that Friday and never get a call back, only a text saying something along the lines of we're trying to get it out today. Rental is only good through Tuesday and I had to reach out to them to see if they were extending my rental car. Car still isn't ready and I haven't gotten an honest answer from anyone there about when it will be ready. I called the service department multiple times with no answer. I had my girlfriend call right after me to see if they were picking up the phone and they answered right away. Absolute zero customer service here and I have no idea where my car is still.

      I had excellent service thanks to *****, my service rep. I needed a couple of recalls and an oil change plus other time related services and all were taken care of promptly. It was great.Thanks ***** and the Pedder Team.

      I would give this place zero stars if I could. I received a recall notice for my new Ram truck. The recall is serious- truck could spontaneously catch fire even when not running. I called the service department numerous times over the course of a few days. No one ever answers- you can only leave a message which I did numerous times. When no one returned my call I enlisted the help of the regional service center. ******** said she would reach out and have them call me. Nope- no phone call. Called ******** again and she said she would reach out a second time-nothing. I called the General Manager of the dealership. Of course I could only leave a message-no return call. In the meantime *** keeps sending me solicitations for their service package for oil changes, etc. Really?? How would I even get an appointment? This is the absolute lowest quality and most inferior customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances!!

      I had a great experience at this dealership and received excellent customer service. My Service Advisor was *****; he was professional, courteous, kind and was able to assist efficiently with my UCONNECT radio unit once the part replacement was approved by Chrysler corporate.

      This dealership has gone downhill since Pedder took it over, but finally I'm frustrated enough to write a review.I've been having my truck serviced here for 6 years and service department used to be great (sales staff was never impressive). Pedder took it over and all of the sudden it takes forever to get an appointment, they rarely pick up the phones, and will never return calls from voicemails. I finally scheduled a routine service and mentioned a warranty item and they said they would not look at it and I needed to schedule a different appointment at least a month out.I gave it a few months, called 20+ times and finally got a warranty item appointment scheduled and it was almost 3 weeks out. This morning I brought my truck in for that appointment, went through the things I wanted them to take a look at and the service advisor tells me it will "BE A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE WE EVEN LOOK AT IT". What?! I said I could bring it back in 3 days, he said no, it needs to sit in their queue for 3 days or more to be seen.I asked why I make an appointment for a time for my truck to be seen but they need it 3+ days before they even get around to it. His response to me was "we are so busy that we make appointments to put vehicles in the queue, not to bring them in to get looked at right away". I asked him if he could understand my frustration of making an appointment only to not be seen and not have my vehicle for several days and he said that's how they do it there.This dealership and service department no longer cares about customer service, nor doing right by the customer. All the other negative reviews online show how poorly they are doing.

      Maintenance was performed in a timely fashion, except most of it actually didn't have to be done. I was informed that both differential fluids had to be replaced at ***** miles. My mileage was at *****. The total charge for this work was $543.52 minus $96.37 (charge for oil/filter change) = $447.15. My 2016 Ram manual states: **** Models:Inspect the front and rear axle surfaces. If gear oil leakage is suspected, check the fluid level. If using your vehicle for police, taxi, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing, change axle fluid.My truck hasn't been used for any of these and I wasn't asked if it was. Consequently, I paid $447 for maintenance that wasn't needed or required. I didn't expect this from Pedder. Things have sure changed since it was Poway CDRJ.

      This was the worst quality of customer service i have ever received period! No phone calls to explain the service work needed for my truck just texts needing my approval to spend money... never got to speak with **** my service advisor throughout the whole process until I pick up the truck. P.S. called the General Manager twice explaining to situation and NEVER once heard back from him!

      I always have a great experience when I bring my car in. Service always checks my car thoroughly to ensure everything is running and working the way it is supposed to.

      Fantastic service ***** Thank you so much for figuring out the electrical problem with my Jeep. It was a very hard to find intermittent problem, and I appreciate all the work your people did. My Jeep is safe to drive again thanks to you.
