    Ordered chewing gum advertised on Instagram as natural alternative to mass produced chewing gums, ordered two boxes for about $30 with shipping, if I remember correctly. Product came about a week later. Opened plastic shrink wrap around the first box and took out a couple pieces of the gum. Looked like a small shriveled piece of yellowish resin. Put a piece in my mouth and tried to chew itd but as soon as I did it immediately turned to minty powder and was gone in an instant. Tried another piece for good measure and got the same results. Decided I was unsatisfied with the product and would request a refund.Followed instructions on email to request a refund, took several days to get a response email requesting pictures of the product. I responded with pictures and asked for my money back. A few days later they told me that shipping my product back to them would be expensive because they are an international distribution company and if I would be willing to accept a 60% refund. I decided that was probably the best I was going to get and accepted. They reimbursed 60% of the original purchase cost to my credit card. This company is a scam company and should be regarded as such by the BBB.

    Save yourself the trouble of ordering anything from this company. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription, do not have a working phone number to call to request any assistance and refuse to credit back faulty charges.

    *********************. Their gum is claimed to be made in *** but it all ships from *****. There is no country of origin or made in label on the box. Very dangerous company that should be banned from ***.

    It has been 21 days that I placed an order and customer service won't respond to me why my order hasn't shipped yet. After reading many reviews I've come to realize they are scamming people.

    Total scam. Product ships from *****. When you get the gum its rock hard and crumbles if you try and eat it. They admitted they were having issues with the recipe for the product and said theyd send me a good pack in a month. One month went by I heard nothing. A few weeks later I told them I was going to contact my creditor about the fraud. They offered me 40% then 60% refunds. I told them absolutely not they just straight up scammed people and I want it all back. Waiting to see what my creditor can do.

    ******** product, with terrible customer service! They steal clips of videos from influential people who do not endorse their product to use in their ads. The product also has a long wait time for shipping because it comes from *****. The product they sell is not gum. It dissolves in your mouth in only a few seconds. When asking for a refund, it turned into a long negotiation starting with a replacement, then a 60% refund, then a 70% refund, finally an 80% refund. I replied to all of these responses stating I want a 100% refund because their product is defective. In the end, they only issued me an 80% refund so I had to contact my credit card company to get a chargeback for the remaining 20%. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

    Ordered from them on 12/5/25. On their website, they claim to have a 14 day delivery guarantee and a 60 day money back guarantee.after never receiving tracking info, I reached out on 12/11/24, 12/20/24, 12/21/24, and again on 12/26/24, for info regarding my order, and each time have gotten an automated response from a different customer service member stating that due to high volumes of customer inquiries, we cannot address the issue at this time, and someone will reach out in a few days which never happens.
