I ordered their gum based on ads seen on instagram with raving reviews. After purchase I found several websites and reviews claiming they were scammed by this company for false advertising with no clinical backing or proof. After ordering their product on 5/23 I received an email saying the product had shipped. The initial tracking number showed the product was coming from *********** yet the company claimed to be made in the *** with an address out of **********. After nearly three weeks the package arrived with a suspicious seller name and an address in ********** on the label. When I reached out to customer support they offered a 25% return on my order which also came from a suspicious email and name. The practices by this company are extremely concerning and unethical and I want to file a complaint so others are aware and not scammed like me by this companies fake social media reviews and ads.Initial Complaint

I purchased $104 worth of product from Larine on 5/13/2025. They processed the order and allegedly shipped it on 5/16/2025. I paid for insured shipping. The product never came. When I contacted Larine, they said they could not refund my money nor send me a replacement shipment and have stopped communicating with me. Im out $104 and have no product. I purchased gum through this company, and it was clearly manufactured in ***** not the US as advertised. Plus, they charged me an extra $5 Fee for shipping protection, which I had declined at checkout. Then, when I contacted them to cancel, they confirmed cancellation but continued to ship and charge me product.Initial Complaint

Somehow getting repeat orders. Never signed up for a subscription. Have tried to cancel multiple times. Stay away from this company. I had to have my credit card company reject future items from them as that was the only way to stop them.Initial Complaint

I asked for my membership to be canceled and they just submitted an order for me to receive the gum that I don't want. They don't have an unsubscribe or cancel membership option on their website, so I had to email them.Initial Complaint

I made an order in Feb 2025, we didn't like it so I tried to cancel. Subscriptions are required to purchase but says it can be cancelled anytime. Emailed, called, but the phone is a CA number that never answers then says this ******* caller has been disconnected.I emailed over and over with two responses that they would send it to support to cancel. Then I got two orders in one week (May 7, May 9) without any warning. You cant change your payment method, you cant cancel online. They have a social media person blocking all the comments made on their posts. Obviously paid followers. The product is expensive and no proof that it works. Says you can have a trial, but still make you subscribe then you cant get out of it. Many BBB reports have been made with the same story. They need to get shut down on social, ****** ads, and everywhere. Ive reported the abuse to my bank who is putting a stop to it, but this is unnecessary scamming that needs to be shut down immediately. What I received was not what was advertised from what I ordered. I also received it in the packaging attached and it came from a warehouse in ***** VS in the *** where they claim to be out of. As soon as I opened the package and saw the products not being what I ordered, I did not feel comfortable or safe taking their products nor did I want to risk taking them as they already are not what I thought I ordered and it did not seem right. I expressed not feeling comfortable to them and wanted a refund, I don't feel comfortable sending the products back and having to pay for shipping as this was not my error and it was theres. It appears they claim to be a USA company with products being made here but yet theyre coming from a warehouse in ***** and aren't what is advertised. On 4/13 I was charge $39.99 and $116.89 by Larineco TM. It was advertised as a natural health company based out of **********. However, my order details show it is really based out of Wuhan China. They display fake contact emails that don't work and fake phone numbers that don't work. I tried contacting them via their provided email and phone numbers with no response, the phone wasn't even set up. This is clearly a fake/fraudulent company. They advertise free money back guarantee but never get back to you regarding the refund. One notification I received said it was delivered but that wasn't true. They offer three different ways to track a package and none of them work or share anything in common. One of the trackers showed my package wouldn't be delivered until September, while one said it was delivered, and another showed it was in transit. At first this seemed like a legitimate company but after purchasing with them and seeing their back end this is clearly fraudulent. They advertise as a natural healthy product based out of ********** with money back guarantee refund within 30 days. When in reality they are based out of Wuhan China (not natural health product), their contact information is fraudulent (leads nowhere) and they're essentially just scamming everyone and stealing money. I made an order with this company and then realized it had an attached subscription. I tried to look for a way to cancel on their site and they had no way to manually cancel, this seemed sketchy to me so I went and emailed to just cancel my whole order. They emailed me back the next day saying they could cancel my order after I gave them my reasoning, but as soon as I emailed a response I got an email saying my order was fulfilled and they emailed me right after saying that now that the order was fulfilled they couldn't cancel it anymore. The tracking number they sent with the order fulfillment after I responded to their email confirming that I wanted to cancel also said it hadn't been received at the post yet.Initial Complaint

I asked to cancel my order immediately after ordering it and after refusing to cancel it several times they shipped the order and said they couldnt cancel it and there was nothing they could do. They had days to cancel before shipping.
