    I ordered some replacement backup lights for my 1997 Ram 2500. I used the websites tool to pick the correct ones. the first ones that arrived did not fit. I called Lasfit and they were very quick to get on the phone and problem solve with me. They shipped me the correct fitting bulbs no charge and followed up as soon as they arrived to confirm the fit. I installed them correctly and then the followed up again asking for picture of my factory lights in order to correct their system. They were very polite and the lights work great!

    I ordered all new replacement bulbs for a 21 Ram 1500. After installing I had one interior light go out. I contacted customer support. They a replacement on the way that day. Great customer service. No hassle at all!

    Awesome customer service. Like probably the best I’ve ever received. They were proactive in an email to let me know I may have ordered the wrong bulb for my truck. The bulbs had shipped, but they let me know they were sending the right bulbs out after confirming the right size. Told me to keep the other set for another vehicle. It doesn’t get much better than LasFit’s customer service and it just so happens they have a great product too. I’ll never order another brand when it comes to lighting. Great Job Lasfit.

    Had issues with a LED bulb not working properly. After talking with customer service and technical service we figured out I had the wrong bulb type. They sent me the correct bulb and everything worked great. This company had outstanding customer service!
