Hello,Having some trouble returning an item. ******** did not send me the shoes that I ordered. They sent me a 9.5 wide width shoes instead of the 9.5 medium width shoes. When I contacted them for a return shipping label they told me it is not their policy to pay for return shipping. When I told them it was their mistake and that they need to correct it, they just reiterated that they wont pay for return shipping. Received order 2 pair of shoes about 4/26/25. Tried them on, didnt fit, contacted company for return. After four emails asking for return address and refund. I was looking at the site stated all shoes made in the ***. They are not. I ordered a wide 10.5 boot. When it came it was not what I looked at. The rubber on the toes were not sealed. Checked twice to make sure it was what I had ordered it was wrong. Said they had fixed it. I have kept all communications and what I had paid. The shoe is floppy supposed to be orthopedic it is not. Whatnot for were to send them back. Says I have 14 days to return them.Initial Complaint

Ordered shoes from ******** website on March 31. 2025, delivered on April 12, 2025 from Uniuni, ********************************************************************** F. Shoes shipped in plastic bag, with only "47" on bag and no other paperwork and no size info on shoes. I ordered Size 13 US with WIDE toe box. Theses shoes did not fit my feet. Website indicated "No ****** Returns", contacted them on April 14, 2025 to ********************* indicating wanted to return shoes. They responded next day requesting more information. I used their inseam measurement for their shoes and indicated was about 1/2" shorter than my LL Bean shoes, noted they had two different sizes under 47 on their chart, also noted did not want the aggressive solve which was not shown in online pictures. Four days latter they have stopped responding to me and will not provide phone number as indicated on site.Initial Complaint

I bought 3 pairs of shoes. Size and quality of shoe is not as advertised. I sent them an e-mail the day after the shoes arrived. They offer free returns and money back.I have requested a return shipping label 4 times but no luck. I paid $110.13 for the shoes . The last e-mail stated they would give me a $3 refund and to keep the shoes. I sent them a return e-mail saying I want my $110.13 refunded and to send me a shipping label. On 12/28/2024 I order a pair of boots from ********. Order #********. I received the boots on 01/13/2025. The boots were not acceptable. On 01/13/2025 I contacted ******** at their customer service e-mail: ******************** to return the boots. There is no listed address or phone number provided for ********. On 01/14/2025 ******** sent a reply with no instructions on how to return the item. On 01/14/2025 I again requested information on how to return the boots. On 01/15/2025 ******** e-mailed me an offer of $5.00 and keep the boots. I immediately replied no and again requested to procedure to return the boots for refund. On 01/16/2025 I received the reply from Dallader.On Thu, Jan 16, 1. After discussion, we are willing to return US$8 as compensation for this transaction. You keep the product, this is already our limit, if you agree, our staff will refund you $8 immediately,2. If you want a full refund, we must receive your returned product to *****, but please understand that we are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product and must ensure that the product is in good condition. Placed an order for a pair of boots from this company on 10/05/24 they billed my card for $41.51. never sent me any order confirmation and refused to reply to any and all inquiries about my order. These people are nothing but scam artists thieves.
