    I placed an order for high tops shoes and did receive them but never received communication regarding the order. No invoice, no tracking number. Once I received the shoes I realized they were not wide enough and need to return them but there is no customer service number where I can reach a live representative. I&#**;ve sent an email with no response and I&#**;m needing to send these shoes back and get a refund.

    I emailed the comoany to inform them that they're falsley advertising product being made in the *** and that the shoes I ordered are in fact in Chinese sizes and they're too small and have had nothing but deflective responses to my emails and request for an immediate and full refund and have now received an email from them offering me a $3 refund on a $50 purchase and to jeep the shoes and gift them to someone with smaller feet!

    Ordered: June 7 2024, and I received the boots on June 16, 2024. On the Dallader website, I ordered some work boots 10.5 extra wide I got 44 size, that is not wide enough for me to wear. I asked for a refund, and this is the reply I received.Order #******** Dear Customer I'm sorry for the inconvenience, about items you purchase on our website.Our products are manufactured by measuring the average data of most people and are manufactured according to specific standards.You can also try adjusting it with a shoe brace.This product is made from the same materials as described, and from different batches of products may have certain differences Because everyone's feet are different, the feeling of use may be different. If you think the product is not the right size, it is recommended that you give it as a gift to a friend or family member who fits this size. As compensation, we are willing to offer you a $3 refund and you can keep the product.If you want to return or exchange the product, you need to pay the shipping fee yourself, which is not cost-effective best wishes Please advice on how I can receive a refund from this company.Thank you *****************

    I purchased a pair of shoes for my spouse from ******** but upon trying them on he could barely get his foot in the shoes. I have reached out to ******** stating that the shoes are to small, (they do not fit) for my spouse...he cannot wear the shoes. Dallader is continuously questioning me about the product and describing to me what type of product it is. I requested a refund and they are refusing to give me what I desire. Instead ******** wants to offer me $3 or gift the shoes to someone else. The shoes are of no use to my spouse and this is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for this product.

    Company with following shipping address:************** ************************************************************************** I ordered shoes. 7 wide ( which was a specific option)I got 39 size( close enough) but not wide. Shoes do not have a materials label or size inside, just 39 on bottom. I asked to return for replacement or refund. They said no, keep shoes well refund $3.I said no, they offered $5, then $10. These shoes are of no use to me. Then they say I could return them, AT MY EXPENSE, to room 205, building ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Website (still active) says NO HASSLE RETURN.

    I ordered a product from Dallader.com 5/4 2024, it arrived 5/14/2024. The item was wrong and I wanted to return for a refund. Their website says NO Hassle Refund. When contacted, their reply was they would refund me $5.00 and keep the item or give it away. NOT acceptable. Contacted them again and this time they offered $10.00 refund. I contacted them again and this time they gave me a return address in ***** to send my return to. They just keep giving me the run around on a refund. I just want to return the item and get my full refund without this hassle. Please advise.
