    These shoes were supposedly satisfaction guaranteed. They are refusing to allow me to return the terrible shoes that are too small as well or refund me what I paid them.

    I thought I did a fair amount of research before I ordered this pair of boots from this company I went to see where they were made and it said made in the *** and good reviews while I ordered them a week ago and I got a tracking number and seen where they were at and they were in ***** so first off they false advertise saying they are made in the *** and then being shipped from ***************** China or something like that I also did reviews on the company on ****** website and seeing totally discussed with people all had the same problems with they were just junk boots and made in ***** I think this company should be held responsible on how they advertise and I'm hoping you can help me

    I purchased shoes from Dallader. Upon receiving them, I tried them on. They are too small and cheaply made. I put them in package and proceeded to email for an address and return instructions. My wife and I traded 6 emails with this company. First they ask for details which we provided them, then they offer us $3 and then $5. We sent them a copy of the return and refund instructions from their website. They still refuse to refund our money. We do not want to keep the shoes. We want a full refund.     on 08/04/2024 I ordered size 13US shoes. On 08/20/2024 I received shoes that are too small about 1.5 inches, probably size 9.5.I have contacted the company 3 times and they do not want to correct their mistake. They are offering $3-$8 refund and keeping the shoes that I do not have any need for.I asked them to replace the wrong size shoes with the correct ones ordered.

    I ordered 2 pair of boots Aug. 4th and received them 10th. They were at least 3 full sizes too small. Offered up to $8 refund, I keep the boots and gift them. All responses are pre-written. Not made in ** as stated and I would need to mail there mistake back to *****. I believe this is a scam and this company should be stopped.

    I purchased a pair of boots from Dallader, size 12 wide. They shipped me a pair of boots size 11.5 narrow. I requested return instructions to return the boots and get the correct size. They sent me an offer of three dollars and I should keep the wrong sized boots. Their offer is not acceptable. I paid $62.98 and they want to refund $3.00. I want the purchase price of the boots refunded, and I want them to pay for return shipment of the wrong size boots.

    I ordered a pair of hiking boots from this company and received the boots on July 24, 2024. They arrived too large. I contacted the company asking for a refund. They said they would offer me $3 and I keep the boots. I continued to contact and clarify I wanted a refund. They continue to offer a couple of dollars more each time to get me to drop my request. I finally contacted them and said I would be willing to exchange the boots for a size smaller. They then told me I could get a full refund if I mailed the boots back to ***** at my expense. I feel that their advertising was very deceptive and misleading. Nowhere did it mention that the consumer would have to mail the boots back to ***** for a refund. They certainly let it be known that I could return the boots for a refund.

    Bought shoes. Wrong size sent. **************** said to find a friend that they would fit. Offered $3 refund. We are responsible for cost of return shipping. They say it is expensive to send to *****. They say made in ***. Why not return here? Very poor.

    Order shipped April 29, 2024.After getting the shoes found that they didn't fit.the first email they needed pictures of the shoes to prove they hadn't been worn. Last email June 17th they gave these options for me 1. After discussion, we are willing to return US$8 as compensation for this transaction. You keep the product, this is already our limit, if you agree, our staff will refund you $8 immediately,2. If you want a full refund, we must receive your returned product to *****, but please understand that we are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product and must ensure that the product is in good condition. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a full refund as soon as possible. After receiving your confirmation, we will send you the return address.Looking for full refund please
