Comstylish listed dresses and shirt as being made of a cotton and linen blend. The 4 pieces arrived and are clearly made of polyester or other artificial fabric. The pieces are cheaply made and have no info on fabric content or care.Business Response

On April 4, 2024 I ordered 3 pieces of clothing from an online shop geymy.com. I received the order on 4/27. All the clothes where undersized. I promptly contacted customer service via email to request a refund. I was ignored. I made multiple requests including through paypal. I finally received an email offering approximately 20% of the original cost and to keep the items. They are poor quality, ill fitting items. I tried to add 1-star reviews to the sites. It appears the site blocks negative reviews. A further internet search lead me to discover the site has been accused of fraud/counterfeit goods. Im hoping to help warn other consumers about this company and perhaps get a legitimate refund through paypal if the site continues to refuse to work with me.Business Response

Nowhere on their website does it say they are located over seas and the website portrays an American business started "by two women who love to ride motorcycles". The website clearly states refund surging 30 days as long as merchandise is new. I spent $95 on two sweatshirts, and 3 t-shirts that were way to small after ordering a size up. I contacted them via email and found out that they are over seas, broken English, not willing to tell me where to send my return for a refund. They just kept saying it would take to long through customs to send it back and that a return is not advised. After 3 attempts to return the order for a refund, they continue to not tell me where to send it for my money back. Company name Missacc Date of transaction 02/23/2024 Amount paid $173.90 The date of arrival 03/26/2024 The promised date of arrival from the company 03/11/2024-03/16/2024 The package was a dressed that I order for a special occasion which was on 03/20/24 that I ended up having to buy another dress because mine did not arrive. I was to that I could return the dress within 13 business days after arrival. I have been trying to get return information like address but have not been giving that information to do so. I was told to take pictures of the dress and email them to the company which I did do and I am still getting the run around and still no address information to return the dress. This company is purposely preventing me from returning their product and time is running out. I contacted them the same day I received the item to start the return process but the company has breached the contract by not upholding their end of their return policy. I would like the information to return their product before the deadline which is 13 days from 03/26/2024 and I would like to receive a full refund which I believe I am do because of breach of contract. I am also offended by the their gesture to compensate me $25 instead of providing the address for me to return the item for the price I paid which was $173.90. I was led to believe that if I was not satisfied with the product I would be able to return with no problems and it has been the total opposite experience for trying to return this product. Order # placed 2/27/2024 Total purchase $29.78 Crewneck sweatshirt style 1466 in neon violet ***BUYER BEWARE***Item received late. Item is inferior quality cotton that had substantial shrinkage despite item description stating "almost no shrinkage at home". Upon receipt of item it fit great. Prior to putting in my dresser I laundered it of course and sir dried it. Substantial shrinkage. Unwearable due to this. Emailed "customer service" and response was absolute nonsense runaround that they cannot do anything with it as it had been washed. Of course an item coming from a third world country is going to be laundered prior to putting in dresser withy clean clothes! **************** absolutely unhelpful. This company is a scam of crooks/retail rapists. Product did not match up to description on website. My first NEGSTIVE review online was responded to with "As the shirt is 100% ring-spun cotton, the size chart gives a body length and width tolerance of +/-1 meaning it can shrink up to one inch on both"Up to one inch is not considered "almost no shrinkage" for a woman with a large bust. All I wanted was to return and exchange for a size larger. Company flat out refuses to assist so I'm stuck with a $30 shirt I cannot wear. Belligerence, not standing behind their inferior quality garbage sold on their website, scammers. I would expect this from an overseas "company". Incredibly dissatisfied and a screwed over consumer. As a disabled ericsn on a limited income this is dispicable, deplorable, and unacceptable. This means that the size listed may not be exact and has a window of +/- the number of inches listed on the sizing chart. Please note if it's one inch under and there is some shrinkage, the item may not fit as you expected. This information is provided by the manufacturer in order for the customer to make a better choice in size.
