With that responsibility comes the obligation to act fairly, impartially, and with the utmost respect for the consumers right to privacy. The integrity of the banking and credit system relies heavily on accurate credit reporting, and any unfair or inaccurate practices directly undermine public trust in that system.I want to state clearly that I did not provide express, written consent for these agencies to report or share my personal information. Doing so without my authorization constitutes a direct violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681b(2). Additionally, the presence of inaccurate and unauthorized accounts raises concerns of identity theft, which is a violation under 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2.The accounts in question are not connected to any authorized transactions made by me. I therefore demand immediate attention and corrective action in accordance with the law.

With that role comes a serious responsibility to operate with fairness, impartiality, and a clear respect for the consumers right to privacy. The reliability of the banking system depends on accurate and equitable credit reporting, and when those standards are not met, it undermines the public confidence essential to the systems ************ no point did I provide express, written consent for these agencies to collect or report my personal information. This lack of consent is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681b(2). Furthermore, the reporting of unauthorized accounts raises the issue of potential identity theft, which constitutes a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2. These accounts are not the result of any transaction I have initiated or authorized as the consumer and must be removed from my credit file immediately to ensure compliance with federal law.

      I have found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report. These inaccuracies have caused me to be unsuccessful when applying for certain credit. The **** OF EDUCATION account reflects that I was current in October 2023 and then ******************* November, ******************** December, and then ******************** January 2025. I am aware that everything on my credit report. The account listed as SYNCB STEINMART has similar inaccuracies including, showing the account as accurate, then stating the account as a charge off , and then reporting it as late in the future! I am requesting the late payments to be removed immediately.

My private date was compromised without my authorization, violating multiple federal laws designed to protect student records and personal privacy.Under the following legal protections my information should have been safeguarded:Under Family educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA): ensures the confidentiality of student Records and prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of personal information.Higher Education Act (HEA):Establishes the responsibility of Educational Institutions and loans servicer to protect student data.Privacy Act Of 1974: Prohibits the unauthorized sharing of student loan / borrowers personal and financial information Held by federal agencies. Violation of higher education Act BREACH of Contracts negligence: The Unauthorized sharing of student Loan borrows personal and financial information.       Consumer reporting agencies play a crucial role in collecting and assessing consumer credit information, and it is imperative that they fulfill their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumers right to privacy. The banking system relies on accurate and fair credit reporting, and these unfair reporting practices have undermined my confidence, which is vital to the integrity of the banking system.I never provided my explicit, written consent for these consumer reporting agencies to report my information, which violates 15 U.S. Code 1681b(2). This unauthorized reporting has resulted in an alleged case of identity theft, constituting a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2.       Dear Better Business Bureau I am writing a complaint about ******* bureau, I have sent a letter stating I was having some accounts and information that did not belong to me which I consider it is inappropriate activity. I also sent them some documents to proof my request.I have attempted to contact EQUIFAX so many times via phone and via mail so they can resolve this issue as soon as possible but they have not responded to ANY of my requests.       The credit bureau is showing my credit history as 4 years old. I have credit cards on my account that date back 10 years, which are still active, and in use and have 100 percent payment history. I want my credit score to reflect the actual amount of credit history I have, so my score can be correct.
