      On 10/24/2022 I received a permanent ban from the Auction House and coin wiped in Madden Ultimate Team on Madden 23. The reason that was given is coin distribution. I strongly deny this for I have in no way shape or form been involved in coin distribution. I am a very active user through madden ultimate ******************** and make frequent purchases of madden points and packs directly through the madden ultimate team store. With that being said the time frame of 10/20 and 10/24, there is well over $2000+ dollars of transactions made to the Madden ultimate team store. Which will show the high frequency use of the auction house of buying and selling of cards. attachd are my bank statements showing my transactions made between 10/19 and 10/24 via playstation network to the mutstore. These were 3 days prior to my permanent ban i recieved.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I am being redirected to EA help which has not been throughly investigated in regards to my account. I spent well over $2000 within a given time only to have false accusations made about me not following terms of service. As i have stated and told EA help and Terms of Service team, I did not breach terms of service. I did not purchase coins from any 3rd party company, I was not farming coins and transferring to any other account and i most certainly was not distributing coins out freely of what I invested actual money on. There this is my reasoning of rejecting this response.

      I pre purchased Madden 23 and have been playing it since its release in August of this year. I am a consistent customer and have been playing the *** game mode for years. The year has been plagued with issues but I have looked past those things until I find an email stating my account has been banned from all the trading functions of the game mode madden ultimate team. If you know the game mode this pretty much kills the game. As far as a ban I am beside myself as to how this is possible. I have spent thousands of dollars on this game mode this year alone. Every coin on my account was acquired legitimately. These is no way I did anything against the *** and am asking for a refund of all the money I have spent on this game mode in its entirety or everything restored and some compensation for the trouble in having to resolve this issue. The games cycle moves fast and I have already suffered a significant loss in value. I am just asking for a fair resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have already pursued the route you are telling me to go and have not received any response or updates in over 3 weeks now.  The *** season is short and I have already been stripped of valuable time for content I have already paid for and now am being denied incorrectly.  To have a department that can not **** or do anything for customer service even when a dispute has been filed to alert you to youtr error is beyond reason.  You as the company need to earn my buisiness.  Not the other way around.

      I was wrongfully banned on madden *** 23 video game, by EA Sports, and I have tried everything to get this taking care of but they have denied me, they said I was banned for coin distribution which is a lie, they have an auto bot which has banned a mass player group who has done nothing wrong I really need this to be taking care of or I need my money back in full refund I play on Xbox Series X GAMERTAG zIzNINERSzIz

      On 08/19/2022, I paid approximately $75 from the **** Playstation account connected to the provided email. In exchange for this price I was promised from the company a polished and complete game for the money that was paid. Since this transaction the item I have gotten has not been playable, even going as far as removing the attempts made to still get the product to work. At this point in time this transaction has been fraudulent at it's core due to not receiving a working product meaning that buyer's remorse isn't even possible to this point due to not experiencing the promised product. At this time I am demanding a refund from the company for the fraudulent transaction made.

      As usual every year this Fifa is bad. which i know so i started playing manually just so that i wont complain about the ideocracy of the games but the manual mode is also controlled by AI (artificial intelligence). the player when sprinting do not sprint till the opposite player crosses you. player run away from the ball even when pass was locked on them . during defense they just stand there. even when i try defending it my player fly's off even for a slightest push from small players. its like EA wants you to play automatic so they can control the entirety of the game though scripting. i can send you videos if needed proving this claim.

      Capital Games (CG) is a mobile game studio which makes Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. Recently, the game has experienced frequent freezes and crashes. One game mode - Galactic Conquest - requires spending energy to engage in combat. During battle loading, the game frequently crashes causing the consumer to lose that battle's energy.Over the past 2 weeks, I've experienced at least 6 such crashes. I've requested reimbursement during the game mode cycle. CG has refused - citing that they're working to fix the problem but avoiding to address the existing damages. By delaying for nearly 2 weeks, they will have wasted the entire game mode cycle and profited from their own product's faulty programming.

      I bought the normal version of Madden 23 for the PS5 from the Playstation Store when it was released and have been having issue upon issue with the franchise mode, rendering it almost unplayable. This makes the game unbearable to play. There has been more than enough time for them to fix the issues but they have not.

      On October 17, 2022 , I renewed my membership to POGO , a game site run by EA, Electronic Arts.I have been a member since **** and am more than aware of how this forum is run. Upon renewal one receives 100 "gems". The site only added for some reason two 10 gems entries, dated 10/17, same as renewal date, instead of the 100 owed. I paid the yearly ***** and my credit card confirms payment. I called and spent literally 4 hrs and about 5 chats, told different stories and finally today they said that "actually we can not manually add your gems". HELLO, bad business practices. You can not even reach anyone in the US unless you PAY Electronic Arts for help in California. T It signs you up for a ***** service I do not need/want! This is easy to verify on their site. the email sent wasnt english either. Please intervene for me, it is not so much the 80 gems Im owed, although I Want them, it is principle..........really. I may never rejoin but ive paid for a YEAR now..........please help me. My desired resolution is to receive the additional 80 gems i have paid for and am owed. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Draft mode messed up Different users in different weeks.Data won't saved Only will allow 31 of 32 users in a league. Since they have the only copyrights to the **** I would like for them to put out a better product with out so many glitches. Fix and improve the game without having the same problems and new ones added on to it. Also their app that works with the franchise is not updated or work correctly. H****383436323337H has made over 1.6 billion last off Madden sales, but give us the customers less than a good product to play. Thanks for your help.

      Flawed programs throughout the year have been ripping customers of with little to no reimbursement. Then, they falsely banned a large group of users through a broken system and took all coin and access to necessary features. It's been widely known on social media. I've spend hundreds on this game only to have them wrongfully take it by accusing us of illegitimately purchasing from a 3rd party even though it is clear on my account that I am only purchasing from EA sports points. There is no proof that I did anything wrong because I did not.
