      Electronic Arts / Madden 23, unfairly banned my account online "ColdMetaSin". I have spent hundreds of dollars on the game itself and content that I no longer have access to at all. They claim that I was banned for coin distribution. I have never bought or sold coins outside of the game itself. All of my transactions take place in game through the game's marketplace. I have disputed this with EA and nothing has been done. I and numerous other players have been banned unjustly by some computer robot/algorithm that they use, which constantly sends out false bans. Additionally, I have seen players that are considered "competitive players," in the Madden tournaments post on ******* that they were unjustly banned. Than days later, their accounts have been reinstated. However, for people like me who don't spend thousands on the game, my account remains banned falsely for 1 1/2 weeks and counting. I am extremely upset about this. I play fair, I spend my hard earned money and they are completely denying me access to things I purchased.

      Madden 23 is the game in question. This game forces you to spend ridiculous amounts of money to play a version of the game called ultimate team. Today I came home to being banned from the auction block and from trading with others. The issue with this being coins are generated by my money. Buying packs they push every day. Im over $2,000 spent on this game. To give you an ******************** I had over 1.6 million coins in my bank. Came home to a wiped out bank and a frozen account. Over a 100k coin wager with my ****** No explanation or warning. Spent 4 hours a day since the game came out in august. 2 years ago went to a madden bowl tournament. They have just taken all of that away for a minor mistake. This is wrong and should outright be illegal. Scam artists at its finest here. Thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours spent for them to take it all away with a few key strokes. They should be on notice for this type of behavior. Its unacceptable and I feel like Ive been robbed.

      Hello, I have purchased the EA Pro Play on my account last week and after a week of playing FIFA 23 Ultimate Team I was falsely banned without any wrong doing. I have never cheated nor have I coin transferred. I believe I was falsely banned and would like to have my case overlooked and account reinstated.My EA ID is TSQRD-FUT

      On October 25 EA Sports wrongfully accused me of violating the terms of service and banned me from using their product. I have spent over $1,000 on the Xbox One edition of their game Madden 23 and no longer have access to the product despite doing nothing wrong. I am seeking $1,000 from them unless the matter is resolved by them. They are not offering me any way to contact them and are not responding to my requests to dispute the claims they are making. They stole from me and have materially harmed me. I am able to access a long transaction history of digital purchases on their product, which amount to over $1,000.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Electronic Arts removed my coins and banned me from the auction house in Madden 23 Ultimate Team on October 24, 2022. I have spent $1,407.46 on Madden 23, which includes $1,301.47 on MUT Points and $105.99 on the Ultimate Edition of the game. The business claims I broke their terms of service, which is fully untrue and dishonest on their part. They have given me no real appeal process or option to speak to a real representative about the issue. They treat me like I am guilty with no chance to prove innocence and treated me with incredible disrespect that resembles blacklisting. They rejected my appeal to be unbanned despite the fact that I am fully telling the truth and read their terms of service to ensure I did not mistakenly break them. I have now opened two cases on the EA Help website. The first (case #*********) was wrongly declined with little explanation, and I have opened a second (case #*********). My EA username is JOEB3944 and Xbox Gamertag is Glub I Am Fish.

      Electronic Arts has no regard whatsoever for those whoare having technical issue with their games. I've been having the same issue with The **** 4 and they keep telling me they have forwarded the information on. Its been a year. When I ask for a supervisor or for some sort of refund on the game, I was given attitude and flat out told NO. I'm unhappy with my experience and all the money I've spent on this game has officially gone to waste as well as completely corrupted my computer. And they have absolutely so solution for it. I also think its horrible that when you call the Electronic Arts line and ask for customer help, it hangs up on you. Do better EA! Because you've just lost a once loyal customer.

      I bought a game from EA and downloaded it to play. Within minutes, the game would not launch and provided an error message I could not resolve. I reached out to the company seeking a resolution. After the 3 suggestions failed, I reached out again seeking resolution, or a refund. I have now had emails with SEVEN different people, all offering the same garbage links to the same failed solutions, and none have properly addressed my demand for a refund for a non-playable product. Instead, EVERY time I reply, I get a new person trying to give me the same failed replies, and not one of them has properly addressed the issue. Every time I reply to someone, there's someone new that replies with no acknowledgement of my prior responses. At this point, they are harassing me without even attempting to speak to me in real time, just sending non-stop emails "addressing" my "concerns", and further infuriating me.

I have provided all the information they requested and that I can access to their support chat reps within the ********** game. So I followed their instruction - given by **********. I uninstalled and reinstalled ********** on my ******* S6 Tablet.- After the reinstall I lost access to the JethroBodine account - I then tried to regain access by 'talking' to support via chat within the ********** game.- I gave them the UserID. - I gave them all the purchase receipts they requested that I could find.- I gave requested other details about the account such as "Clan" involvement But they continued to DEMAND more information to VERIFY the account is mine. Its quite Draconian in all the info they are demanding.Simply knowing the User ID should be enough!UserId: ***************************************-********************** How would it be possible for me to guess that User ID. ******************** is being totally unreasonable in the level of detail they are requesting. They keep demanding Purchase Receipts, but when given say they are not the ones needed. The ****** Play receipts NEVER list the specific ********** account on them.       Okay for the last 5 years they have put out sports games with all this info and advertising saying its gonna be better more polished and even more in depth. I can prove in court these games ALL HAVE THE SAME GLITCHES and gameplay issues they haven't been polished they don't even try anymore even the professional players who are put in the game call it a cash grab and its time for the federal government to step in they are s******* over adults and selling CHILDREN GAMBLING MECHANICS but the BBB is silent when it comes to letting minors ******. And let's talk about the software they use in games since these games are played professionally and for real world money the company creating it shouldn't be able to nerf your entire or another entire team out of spit cause your doing to good but EA has that directly rooted into there games I can provide patent #s and documents pertaining to it. I've watched my little cousins lose thousands of there parents money to these predatory and illegal gambling mechanics and it's time for it to be stopped.
