EA suspended my account out of the blue, without me even using their services. I politely asked for a reason and I get the some robotic response from their customer service like I am some criminal. I don't even care about the suspension because I refuse to waste my time with a bully company like EA. The problem is that my Amazon account is linked to this EA account and they are holding it hostage and refusing to unlink it. I have asked them several times, through several different avenues, and they refuse and just keep sending me the same robotic response. All I want is my amazon account unlinked.Business Response

I am simply looking for EA to free my Amazon account. Every time I put in a ticket I get the same robotic response from somebody at ea. Your ticket system is completely useless. I am rejecting this response because:As I said, I had been in contact with EA Support, but I have still not access to the transfer market.
I have played enough games over enough days - more than 9 months ago today I created the account - to get access to the transfer market, and I still to this day do not have the access.
Linking the guide to get access, (i.e https://help.ea.com/en/help/fifa/fut-transfer-market-on-web-and-companion-apps/) is not enough, since I have followed the guide and STILL do not have access.
I want to get access or know specifically what I need to do to get it.

I purchased Madden 23 from PlayStation store and the game is requesting I reset a password for an EA account that I havent used or had access to in many years. The email associated with the EA account is no longer accessible. I attempted to contact support and they refused to unlink that account with PlayStation ID thus making the game unplayable. Electronic Arts has permanently banned my EA account. They have done this because My name was ****** House in *** 22. They claim it is a reference to a tragic event. I believe this ban is based on opinion and it is politically charged. I dont think EA has a right to infringe on my 1st Amendment rights. I would like an explanation by an EA rep. I purchased gems thru pogo, and the one game you can buy the power *** in the game. While playing the game froze and lost all the power *** and teh seeds in the game. I bought 600 gems and was $42.19 and now I have less gems because the game kept freezing and lost 350 gems in that game. Due to most games I can play, but this one you need to have the power *** in order to get any where in that game. I feel that pogo should refdund my gem purchase since it was on their end that the game kept freezing and to start all over again all the was not any fun. And, I am asking for the full refund of the cost of them gems. Since, I will be thinking now that I might find a better place to play games and where it will completely free. And, If I do then pogo will have eto refund any monies off my club memebreship up until the year **** and that will be $400 because I am paid up until then.Business Response

Electronic Arts released a broken Madden Game. Below is a list (probably outdated by the time you are reading this).Competitive & General field pass rewards not being given. Progress is being tracked(?) but nothing given out.Field passes not even being viewable. Clicking in would just send you to the menu.Removing MUT as an entire game mode from the menu for nearly an entire day as they fixed things, where nothing seemed fixed?Coins from games not being awarded following a win or loss.Legend 1 release, which was somewhat botched, which they are changing for legend 2, however decided they just werent going to fix the first batch of legends?All madden being shown as putting 82 core elites in exchange for an 89 all madden player which was true for about 3 minutes, before being changed into promo specific cards. Then made right with a bigger set. Or a random binder locked one, which you then have to play multiple weeks grinding CP to earnSets not awarding the correct cards/any cards.Binder locked cards being auctionable, so people lost out on coins/training and nothing has been done, besides gating the companion app.Rookie premiere tokens being glitched, either unusable in the sets or still being in the binder after being used.Team affinity for field pass being broken, not tracking, progressing nor giving rewards.Solo battles progress being reset on the first competitive field pass, for wins on a certain difficulty (believe it was 20 MVP wins?)A literal locker room on the field so you cant see anything.Three scheduled server maintenance times, august 22nd, august 23rd and august 25th (3 in 4 days?) which fixed next to nothing, just broke things even worse.Position changes for players.. to the exact same position (Littleton?)Headliner field pass objectives missingBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: no action has been taken by the company. The game is still not functioning as intended. The EA team has not distributed rewards for competitive pass 2 and has released competitive pass 3. Also competitive pass 3 is apparently broken too. It is not tracking solo battles correctly. So again please refund me for the game and all additional points purchased. The game is still broken in many ways and I would like a refund for a product that is not delivering as advertised.

Today, 02/09/22 my EA account got completely disabled for no reason. After playing since 2018 and being Top 100 for Transfer Market Value this year and leaving the game for a few months and completing a few objectives/SBC's here and there, after spending loads of money and having screenshots of every trade I have made during the year and after pre-ordering Fifa 23 with the ******************** of spending even more this year, i am now fully blocked from doing anything. I would like a serious resolution to this problem, with Fifa 23 being 25 days away, I do not know what to do. I am rejecting this response because:This answer is very generic and i already knew this, I want to know the exact reason of why my account got disabled.
I've been playing since Fifa 2018, been Top 100 Worldwide this year and I pre ordered Fifa 23 Ultimate Edition on the 15th of August, I am now stuck on this account and PSN will only refund me to my Playstation wallet.
I have called EA Help today and asked for a Data Subject Access Request and I got denied, why is that? Is Electronic Arts not following GDPR?
Please provide me with a full Data Subject Access Request on my data and a clear explanation to why my account was disabled. I am very serious about this situation and am able to go long ways.

I have contacted the EA customer support for the entire month of August and no one has been able to help. The last **************** rep I was communicating with, disconnected the Chat without notifying me. I tried to explain to him that my computer was stating that the game was missing something.
