      they allow customers to use 3rd party mod installation to interrupt other customers experience within their ********************** and thus cause a external issue within the community which is against their TOS and ****. However, based on over 15 gigs of data collected they do not care, and they refuse to refund players based on this information even with proven evidence about the interruption of service, inconvenience to customers,and falsify information to reflect that they have "no problems within the community servers for PVA:GW2 or GW1. as their servers were hacked and critical information was stolen from hackers to gain access to their game service that allowed previous employees to create 3rd party programs to modify the games they provide support for and refuse to ban said players due to lack of community populous. (This is due to the amount of hacking and 3rd party programs being used in said game and game servers per region, and has been tested per diem of each game they provide service for. I personally requested a refund for the game based on the issues and contacted *** from their company game page based on game owned for said issues, and refused a refund but, "promised" a compromise of a escalated ticket of noted issued stated above. This company has been found to be fraudulent in the allowance of manipulation of their servers with a curtain of TOS and **** protection to assist them in ignoring the real issue that they have within the community from numerous sources from different threads/archives/websites/forums. After speaking with the *** it was found that the player was indeed cheating/hacking however, the *** was not able to provide any type of support to deal with this problem. I want a refund and buyer beware. Public awareness needs to be made and EA needs to remove the ******** section guidelines of 3rd party use or BAN players/hackers from use of said programs. this information will be forwarded to the *** via USA as well, for review.

      The **** game has been fantastic, and my kids absolutely adore it. Initially, they were captivated by the build mode, but soon their focus shifted to wanting cupcakes. Although reaching out to customer support was a bit chaotic, my kids still love playing the game.

      I recently had my account hacked. I contacted EA and sent them whatever proof I had that I was the origonal owner, including previous emails and receipts. I was able to reach EA customer service within 10 minutes, and I got my account back within 15 minutes. They then led me through steps to secure my account so that this never happened again. Their customer service was extremely fast and very understanding.

      its been a year since i was banned and and i submitted sooo many disputes bc it was my first week on pc from switching from xbox. i got no help nothing i kept asking in the disputes to check ip if it was cheating nope nobody helped

      I purchased a physical copy of a **** 3 expansion pack over 10 years ago. At that time I had a different Origin account connected to an email that is no longer accessible ********** permanently closes after two years of inactivity). Because that email is no longer available, I cannot access my old account. Because I *********************** registered the expansion pack with my old account, I cannot register it to my current one. I talked to support multiple times; they would sometimes end the chat as I was typing. They would talk circles around my issue, sometimes not even acknowledging part of my statement/questions. They repeat the same suggestions over and over. They kept asking me to log into my email, despite me telling them multiple times that the email account is deleted. They sometimes "forgot" we were talking about the **** and send me links to other games. When I said I would like to speak with another team, or another level of support, they claimed they were unable to do that. I spent over 12 hours trying to get a straight answer out of them; hours of stonewalling, only to be told they can't help me, or send me to someone who can. Long story short, EA Help is an oxymoron.

      Im so angry at Covet Fashion (owned by EA and customer serrvice through ********** customer service) right now. Im a max level player and have played the game for at least 10 years now. I have put a lot of real money into the game. Ive been getting a mismatch data error for a while now and my tickets have been closed without resolving multiple times. So I started a new ticket a couple days ago. Again. When they asked for a different email "not linked to another account" and I keep going in circles because they keep claiming every other email I give them is linked to another account, so I *********************** a BRAND NEW email address to give them. Those jerks lied and are trying to say my BRAND NEW email is already linked to a Covet account. They are such liars and unhelpful idiots. Im so freaking angry at the customer service this game has. Im so frustrated by their blatant lying. There is no way that email was linked to another Covet account.

      Worst customer service ever spent a week in and out of chats most of the time getting the run around for my kids account been trying to play a racing game with her but she isn't allowed online even though that should be a decision for the parents they let me set through hours of B's for nothing WORST COMPANY EVER they really just come off like there against kids Playing games

      Ea me comunico hacia ustedes debido a que mi cuenta fue baneada por supuesta venta de monedas, solicit un dsar y informacin por la cual salt el baneo de venda de monedas, de lo cual no recib una respuesta con buena noticia, solo que haban tomado la medida correcta, pero nunca mostrando una prueba concreta por la cual tomaron *** decisin, ya hice 2 disputas y todas fueron rechazadas, no saben el dolor que causaron internamente hacia m, solo me divierto y no tengo necesidad de hacer cosas ilegales, aos de experiencias y todo se fue a la basura debido a confusin

      EA bans me after I play a game saying I have cheated in BF 2042.I appeal. They provide no evidence, they give me no record, and they say that they made the right call because I ***************************?? I have been an EA customer since **********************. I am not a pro at gaming. If you look at my stats, and overall history and consumerism of EA, you can see that never, at any point in time, have I cheated.This situation has only shown me that you can pay for a game, ****, you might even give into some microtransactions. BUT EA CAN COME IN, AND BAN YOU, AND PROVIDE NO SUCH REASONING FOR WHY THEY'VE DONE SO.Furthermore, I can't get anyone on the phone to take my case, or review my files, or do anything to fight this unjust ban. I have had origin since origin came out. I have played multiple games. I am not a cheater. There are forums right now, full of people who have experienced the same issue within the past MONTH. BE WARNED - if you spend money on an EA product, they can revoke that product at any time, and make it so that you cannot appeal an erroneous charge of cheating. It is low, and nothing short of disgusting.

      EA FC 25 is LITERALLY unplayable and guaranteed will crash with the last 3-4 driver updates if you have a 50 series GPU. in my case a Geforce 5070. They recommend "skipping replays" when speaking to their customer support, even though the game crashes in menu for me 100% of the time. I'm also not rolling back drivers for a singular game that has consistent updates, but can't patch or address a simple fix, while that same game ***** in billions of dollars of revenue worldwide. the greed this company has is disgusting, this is just the cherry on top. the game that used to be copy and paste every year is actually regressing... if you'd just given me a refund for the game I'd shut up, but no, I have to sit with an unplayable game and just save up to buy the next $70 bug-filled, unfun game? terrible company.
