      EA Games Worst online gaming company ever Ok, I cannot believe what terrible customer service. I purchased Spore, through Steampowered.com. Normally things work great, and really easily when I use steam, so its usually my preferred option for non-game console games. This was the 1st EA games purchase, and boy what a mistake. When you launch the game, before it will proceed, it makes you sign up/sign in to EA.com. I already have an EA account so I thought it would be easy? HAH! 3 hours later, and 4 chats away. Ive done everything they asked me to, but still cannot get STEAM to log into the Spore Server. Did a bit of looking it up, and apparently in 2016 they had a server change and this is a common issue. Since 2016, Really?Ok, so there you go. Never going to get another EA Game. Probably going to press charges if I dont get a refund.

      tried to recover an old account that was linked to my xbox they say it was deleted and i need to recover it fine enter the info and get the this account dose not exist full circle with tech support sorry sir we can't unlock your account have you tried ea/help omg again bunch of bots full circle then they tell me i need to make a new account and get a new gamer tag well guess what i bought a digital download so i would have to buy the game again the buy a new xbox life membership how does this make any sense get marketing i guess how is there not a lawsuit for peoples personal information being locked away from them things they payed for sorry you can't play this anymore unless you buy it again. IF THE ACCOUNT IS DELETED EVERYTHING SHOULD BE UNPAIRED. READ THE RESPONSES OF WHAT EA SAYS ITS ALL BOTS I WOULD LEAVE A 0 STAR BUT I CANT

      I perceive, based on many times playing, that this game is rigged and unfair. The $100 I have spent over 3 years is basically a scam. someone should take this company to court....it is not a fair game!!!

      I USED to think my cable company had the worst customer service in the country, ********************** and their POGO platform changed my mind. After 13 e-mails, 2 live chats and 1 phone call they refuse to correct THEIR "Glitch"? I have been a loyal Club Pogo member for 20 years now. On July 16th I was playing POPPIT BINGO and I tried to purchase some *********** using my POGO Gems (you must pay real money to purchase Pogo Gems). My attempt was to buy $8,000.00 in *********** using 93 of my Gems. I received a notice saying that my transaction failed and "PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". I played a couple of games and then tried to make the same exact purchase. I got the same exact result, TRANSACTION FAILED PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. I went and played a different game for awhile and came back for my 3rd attempt. This time I went for a smaller purchase, $4,000.00 in *********** for 56 Gems. Same exact result THANSACTION FAILED PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. I went off once again and played a different game and about half an hour later I came back to Poppit Bingo and discovered that EA/POGO decided to put ALL 3 OF MY FAILED TRANSACTIONS THROUGH!!!??? I spent the next 2 weeks sending and responding to e-mails. I then tried live chat and was GUATANTEED that POGO was going to refund all of my Gems since they were 100% at fault. They agent told my the link/took they use to issue refunds was down and PROMISED me that if I came back to chat the following morning and gave the new agent my case number they would process my refund right away. He said he made careful notes in my case file that my refund was already approved by his team leader. The next morning the new agent REFUSED to look at the case file and said no way on the refund? He was extremely rude!! POGO's customer service department is not just the worst in the Country, The are the worst in the UNIVERSE!!! I have copies of my 2 chat sessions and my 13 e-mails to prove it!

      My entire account was deleted after two years. I at first thought it was a password fluke so I went to ask for help from tech support and they told me that I had no account under my email or EA ID (which btw I have emails stating that I do indeed have an account with them) so I tried figuring out ways to maybe help the tech support dude but he said I had no account and didnt know what to do for me. Im extremely upset with EA sports because I didnt even get a refund for the game that I had boughten. Im not upset with the tech support person they did what they could do to help me but I am very upset with the company and hope that maybe they can fix this problem.

      I've emailed your customer service 6 times, tried live chat twice with no response, requested a call back with a *********** response time and got nothing. Your email customer service is just bots with random names. Sai, Shewta, Ajitav, Rohit, all said basically the same thing. If you have any issues. They won't help. My PSN ID is diabolicaldevil0 if you'd like to even try to help. But I doubt you'll email the right one because I've been trying to tell you guys it's wrong and I don't have access to that email for days, keep sending them 6 digit codes though, I'm 100% sure nobody will ever read them since I don't have access. C*** customer service, c*** company.
