      I have made 3 purchases from Avanquest and 2 are on the subscription pan. I knew about the recurring charge each year Even thought these purchases were made months apart they renewed them both on the same day. I went to their website to try and cancel any future renewals and their email does not work, comes back undeliverable. I tried to call and keep getting the same message that due to COVID there are no sales people in the office. I am not sure that they even exist anymore. I wand my account cancelled

      On September 8-2022 I spoke over the web to a person who was giving me some information on how to help me to install my Canon printer PIXM TS3420, upc 138***3661 all the time I was under the impression that the service was free., because I had asked at the beginning if it was free and they said yes. They couldn't resolve my problem and informed me that they will charge me $67.30 Ca. I refused to pay but they still charged me the amount on the same day on my credit card. I'm asking for a refund in the amount of $67.30. Thank you for your time in resolving that issue.

      I'm sorry but we don't sell cannon printers here at Avanquest. We sell software only, no hardware. Our software tech support would not be capable of assisting any customer on their printer setup. There must be a mistake and this complaint does not pertain to us.

      Hi, I didn't received an invoice, I was charged directly to my credit card on September 8 through PAYPAL *AVASTQUEST for $64.37. Please see attached a copy of my statement showing the charge.
      On the same day I called my bank to let them know that I,m not accepting the charge and I cancelled my card. The person at the bank told me that they cant stop the charge on the same day. They told me to wait and
      to place a claim after it has been charged.

      I spoke to ****** and we determined that Avastquest is a different company than us (Avanquest). They sell anti-virus software. I have no record of her purchasing anything from Avanquest. No PayPal record of a transaction. She will be dropping her complaint.

      Date of transaction: 7/18/2022. avqsoftware charged me $9.99 for something I did not order. I do not know why the charge. This charge has been on-going for some time.

      date 8/10.2022 AVG-software charge 29.99 and 39.99 on same date for software I didnot want. and it says reoccuring charge.       July 7, 2022 AVQ Software charge 43.29 to my account. I need that money back. It was for inpixio and I know I cancelled that subscription last month. It was still showing active though. I know I cancelled it tonight and I want a refund.

      An ACH debit appeared as a transaction yesterday (07/01/2022) on my checking account record. The descriptor reads," POS PURCHASE avq-software.com 188-******** VA 00000*** ***763." The amount is $29.99. Quick online research showed this is some sort of subscription service with a shaky reputation. Since I was sick in bed yesterday and did nothing using the internet, I concluded this is some sort of scam. I've never heard of this company and certainly did not sign up for any service from them. I'm seeking an immediate refund.

      I was charged $95.63 on 6/2 for something that I don’t even know what it is for avq-software. Whatever it is, I would like it cancelled as I do not have the money to pay it right now.

      I thought I was having some computer problems and did a "search" that hooked me up with Avanquest. The next thing I knew, I was talking on the phone with some "tech support" fellow with Avanquest and he proceeded to begin a series of scans which took control of my computer and I would up being charged for "services" that I don't feel I requested. It took me quite sometime to finally be able to disconnect my computer from whatever he was supposedly trying to do. I requested a refund and for what he was charging me for doing and I followed his company's directions to get that refund. I submitted copies of their forms... as requested, but have heard nothing further from that company. I just want my payment refunded, as I don't feel that Avanquest actually performed any necessary services and nothing changed on my computer except, a lengthy waste of my time. I also want to warn others to beware of this company's tactics. Attached are some scans of the forms I was advised to fill out and send in, which I did. Thank you. ***** J *****

      I received a non-sufficient funds fee notification from my bank stating that AVQ-SOFTWARE.COM charged me $43.29. Since I did not have sufficient funds in the account because I rarely use this account to purchase things, I was charged a $25.00 overdraft fee. I did not purchase anything from AVQ SOFTWARE and have no idea why my account was charge. I’d like to request a refund for both the $43.29 and $25.00.
