There is NO way to get a hold of customer service. I needed an eta about by order and no reply, no tracking#. The customer service department is completely unreachable. They have no phone number! and they do not answer their emails. They do not follow-up in any real way with their customers. I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years. I had a virus on my computer and clicked on an ad for AVANQUEST software to scan my computer for viruses. The ad stated $3.00 per month, which is $36 total. There was also an upgrade for additional devices which would cost $55.98. I only wanted it for one computer and selected the $36 option. I ordered PDF Suite from this company in September 2023. I could not get it to work on my computer so I contacted their Help Desk and with their help I could load it. The first time I attempted to use it, the product "blew up" my computer and I had to have it repaired. The repair included having the product removed from my computer. I have never used the product. I was billed $94.90 in September 2024 for another year. The order appears to be a subscription which I did not realize at the time that I ordered it. Despite my efforts trying to contact inpixio / avanquest app to stop their $99 annual subscription withdrawal from account. I do not use this app and have tried utilizing the following venues to request a refund of the $99 that was charged to my Discover card today 10/16/2024:- Chat bot which makes- complete waste of time as it just reports error and to start over and over and over - Email them only no working link to email and no email address provided - No phone number to call for customer service.I am requesting a full refund of $99 and that my account never be charged nor renewed again, if I was able to cancel any renewals, I find this was only an option today AFTER being charged. InPixio renewed my purchase without my permission. The company, owned by Avanquest, has no method to contact them and asked for the account to be deleted and no reliable way to end the renewals. They claim that clicking on the contact us button will allow questions to be submitted, but it doesnt work. The software is of poor quality, but they wont let anyone out of the constant renewals, which are in excess of $160 per year, even though the initial purchase stated that this would be $79.99 per year.There are multiple complaints on the website and no one is doing anything. This company needs to be shutdown. I want my refund for the illegal renewal. If this doesnt work, I will be getting a lawyer.Business Response

I bought and paid for there software program Fixit Professional on May 18th. I downloaded it online and received an activation code that didn't work. All I want it to do is work. I asked for a refund and was told they'd get back to me. Then they sent me an email saying that's a different department and to call an 800 # for that problem. When I called them I got more runaround and could not get through to anyone after trying repeatedly. They sent me to Avanquest Zendesk which is supposedly one of their customer service units but when I tried to go there it said I was not authorized to sign in there. They have many so-called customer support phone numbers and websites that do nothing. All I want is my money back which was about $55.00 I have bought several products from them before but when I log into my account the last one it shows is from 2021. The product I purchased from Inpixio software did not work. I submitted a support ticket that went unanswered. I tried the live chat feature and was sent through several different tech agents, none of which were helpful or able to resolve the issue. The software crashes as soon as you load a picture. The live support agent sent the same instructions and troubleshooting page even after she herself had remotely accessed my machine and tried to install the product herself. She verified that my computer specs exceeded their recommendations for the software so she uninstalled and started over with one of their older versions less than what I had paid for. When it failed, she transferred me to another tech. Five techs later, the last guy sent me to the billing **** who informed me that I was not eligible for a refund even though their product would not work. I made it clear that I'd rather have the product fixed than refunded but she said she'd escalate it to a manager, disconnected the chat and no one responded via chat nor email. I'm just out the money. I should have read all of the other complaints before buying the software, much less allowing them to remote into my computer. Buyer beware!Business Response
