      I forgot about my appointment and your staff rearranged their schedule and accommodate me. The Sales Tech ***** showed up, looked at our garage door, immediately knew what to do, fixed the issues and I was happy that the garage door worked in no time. I was worried that it will cost me a lot of money but he was very honest, pleasant and professional. My only suggestion is make sure your staff send the confirmation of appointment either by email or text. Customer Forever!!! ******* *.

      ****** was great! Very professional, well spoken, friendly and absolutely knew his trade. We had a pleasant informative, no pressure conversation and he represented the company flawlessly.       I highly recommend Precision. My garage door broke late afternoon on a Friday, and they were able to send a service person within a few hours. **** was professional, prompt, and courteous. Great service! I would definitely use this company again!
