      Im happy with the Pergola that was fabricated!! Its now safe and I dont have to worry about something falling on my head, the one that was on there before was not nice and falling apart. My gardener even likes it too! Its not as important to anyone else but its important to me to keep my gardener happy.

      Watch out for these guys! They are fast talkers and try to sell anything else in the world!! Not always trueful even if it's written down....The salesmen sell the job and some workers do the job and you have to watch them to make sure it gets done correctly . found out that they are very expensive!! check prices with others to compare....They did not completly finish and gave us credit to finish it ourselves!!.....Buy our own paint to fix the paint job not done correctly....is one case.... Watch carefully in the contract and ask questions as to know what to expect.... They went over our budget by their hi powered tactics......They wore us out!!

      These guys are VERY unprofessional. Not only do they lie and say that they are "local"...which they are not, but they call and call and call and call. They just OVERCHARGE and sub everything out. Their estimators are nothing more than scam artists looking for victims who don't know what an honest price for work is. The figures they gave me for a few projects over a year ago WERE INSANE! The estimators that came out where like sleezy used car salesman, not profession service providers. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM YBARRA BUILDERS!

      i Hired Ybarra Professional Builders **** to rebuild my entire condo after a flood and worked closely with ***** and *****.I am definitely satisfied and they are AMAZING!!! Their work is outstanding and their level of commitment is commendable.***** is the strategic, financial behind the scenes person you will work with. You will know when, what to do and how much it all costs. He will try to get you the most reasonable price point for your project and he has no hidden agenda like other contractors I met.Then ***** is the hands on, builder person you share your vision of what you want, then he will make it happen. He will say, lets pick out the materials, color, and model and do it.Both are extremely passionate about the projects they work on and handle it all so well.Their character is beyond my belief: honest, intelligent, helpful, caring, kind, supportive, and always available.Finally, they communicate exceptionally well, and lessen the stress from it all. They send updates with videos, calls, and/or meet with you every step of the way.I cannot say enough great things about ***** and ***** and so will you. They are turning my home into my dream home and they will do the same for YOU!!!! Ask for ***** R or *****!!!

      I am extremely disappointed with Ybarra Professional Builders. Despite being on the "Do Not Call" list, I continue to receive unsolicited robocalls from them, outsourced to a third-party company. When I finally spoke to a representative and informed them that their actions were illegal, they rudely hung up on me.It's outrageous that a company would blatantly disregard the law and show such disrespect to potential customers. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with a company that demonstrates such unethical behavior.
