  DO NOT hire Ybarra. They are anything but professional. I hired Ybarra to rebuild both my deck and my front porch. The people doing the work onsite at my house were completely disrespectful of my property. They walked all over and trampled several of my flowers and plants (even threw a bench into my already planted garden box AFTER they had been talked to about needing to be careful of my plants), left the door to my house wide open on several occasions, left my garden hose running and left garbage all over my property all the time. I was always nervous about what I was coming home to.
  A sixth-grade construction class probably would have produced better craftsmanship than what I got. Broken and cracked wood and was used (I was told that was how it came. This material does not hold up in the Pac NW environment). Screws are sticking out everywhere. The paining is not smooth and has uneven lines. I was told these things would be corrected; they weren't.

  Edgar and Alfredo did a fantastic job on my roof. Highly recommend them for other jobs. Very nice and would keep explaining until I understood everything. Roof looks great !!!

  I needed work on my roof. Ybarra replaced my roof and did a great job! They were professional and all the crews were nice and courteous. The job was completed promptly and they did a good job at clean up. I then decided to have my insulation replaced in my crawl space and Ybarra did a great job there also. I would recommend them.

  I was contacted by Ybarra Professional Builders to do some painting at my home. During the conversation, I was asked if I was the sole proprietor of the home. I questioned why they needed to know and was told there had been an incident where a proposal was accepted by the wife but not the husband and this caused some problems. Therefore, they wanted to confirm ownership for confirmation. A short time later, I called the phone number used to call me. My call would not go through. I was then able to find a number in Riverside. For some reason, I was feeling uncomfortable about the previous call. I spoke with an administrative assistance who said someone would be calling me back around 1 p.m. When I didn't hear from the company, I called a second time. At this time the person I spoke to asked about my family trust - ownership! This is personal information. Why did they refer to my trust? Ok, the whole world seems to know everyone's business, but this question was an invasion of my privacy. Actually, scary! I canceled my upcoming appointment with them and would never recommend using them. I can't vouch for their work, but their depth into my privacy was over the top.
