    Placed an order. Boasted a 2-4 week turn around on their web page. It has been roughly 4 months and still have not received it. After several calls and emails, I received a response saying it may be another 2 months and then the responses ended again and have been unable to reach anyone since. Do not buy here.

    AVOID THEM! They are scammer kids. They import parts from *****, lie on delivery dates and then ship to wrong addresses and try to refund you only $100 from ***** AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    9-4-2024 I ordered a crash cage they take like 3 weeks and when I call them they told me they havent sent it yet because there was mistakes in my order so I told that guy can you fix it for me I dont want to make a mistake again he was like sure I fix your order already whe send it out this week on a Thursday so when my package arrives the crash cage was raw with no color I ordered color and I call them today just for him to tell me you get what you pay for it you order that whatever this place needs to be closed for good i been reading all this comment and wow Im surprised how tf they still operating

    These guys are scammers, they take your money to fund their other projects and do not build your part. I paid for a simple crash cage for $365 and its been over 3 months, they screen their phone calls and will just ignore whoever sent them money.

    Ordered a cage from here 13 weeks ago. Got an update after 4 weeks that it was off to be powder coated and would only be 3-5 more weeks. After 9 weeks I asked for an update via email(s) and have had no one reach back out. I have called numerous times, no answer, and left voicemails but no responses. I hear the quality is good but couldn't tell you because I've yet to receive it...Please figure out customer service...

    Ordered an impaktech cage and subcage knowing they say shipping takes 2-12 weeks. Called them after 9 weeks to get an update on when it would be shipped or when I can expect the product 9 and they told me expect another 1-3 weeks. Called 3 weeks later on week 12 for them just to say, expect another 1-3 weeks... first off, how does it even take 12 weeks which is already a long time frame, just for it not to ship in 12 weeks... actually insane.

    Ordered my crash cage and adjustable sub cage back on November 9, 2023. Ordered raw (not powder coated and was told to expect 1-2 weeks). I've called several times and keep getting told "2 more weeks, it's on the dock and just needs unpacked." It is now the end of February 25, **** and they are refusing to answer the phone or return my voicemails. I'm convinced they are just trying to take money and run!

    Absolutely beside myself with this company, for a whopping price of $919.78 I ordered a crash cage and a subframe as a set thinking with their reputation as a "good brand" they would take care of me as the customer and get this out the door and in my hands with in the 28-week range, they themselves told me would have it ready and sent to me. Well... I am here to tell you it was the absolute opposite. I had them both painted standard gloss black. The crash cage was sent separate from the subframe in hopes I could make some progress on my build. in good faith I gave them time to fulfill the rest of my order I had originally made my purchase Sept 12, 2023, didn't receive my cage till Nov 28, 2023 (11 weeks) on the other hand my subframe was another story. today is Jan 10, ****, I just canceled my order today (17 weeks + a day) and requested a FULL refund for the subframe. after they told me it still wasn't ready after being told 10 days ago!!! it would be done and ready to ship the next day!!! ... I would send them my crash cage back if I could! absolutely baited me for weeks and weeks promising it would be done next week or tomorrow for weeks!!! save your money and time!!! terrible company values!

    Made an order in June 2022 and contacted them multiple times after the supposed ship time. I didn't get my order until mid Nov ********************************************************* a month+ prior. I would never recommend them to anyone. Save your money, I paid almost $700 for my order. The rod even came out when the bolt flew off within 2 rides. Had to fix it with a locking nut since for some reason didn't come w my order to begin with.

    Long story short: In June I lent them my bike for research and development in which I was promised a free crash cage. When I picked up my bike in July they had broken a piece of my bike. They promised to fix it by replacing the part. It is now November, **** has officially ghosted me, I have no crash cage and a piece of my bike broken that I now have to pay to get fixed. I have reached out dozens of times and the contact has been very poor and minimal until I officially stopped getting ANY response in October. I couldnt imagine ever giving this company a dime and will personally encouraged those I know to never purchase from here.
