    Don't do business with them.I ordered my cages to be picked up. 6 months later I forgot about them, I never received an email that they are ready for pick up. I called them and they said I picked them up! WTF, when? I was ****** because I never received an email that they were ready for pick up. For me to get a random call saying that they have one sitting in the office.

    I love impackteck! I have there cage, clip-ons and rear set. Not only does it look bad ass but it also serves a purpose. I wrecked my bike several years ago and had there cage and it saved my bike. I give them 10 out of 10!

    Order a product from this company at the end april. Waiting for shipping for about 4 weeks. I had contact the company by email and was told it was being delayed another two weeks. Happened a few times and finally after 5 months still no progress. They finally stop replying at the the beginning of October after I had email them saying I would like to receive my product within a timeframe .
    A few months back, I Was in california for a few weeks and they still had the audacity to say it was not ready Even when i said i would go pickup the product.

    Company has zero response to call and email regarding order updates. took them 3 months to make the product even they promise 2-4 weeks build time and wont even accept return and cancellation of product even they're at fault. the product is pricey with awful policy. they just stole $400+ worth of money from me.
