    Made a order for 2 items on ************************** on 7th May 2025 worth $ ****** on their *********** after one month later they email me that my order is flagged high risk for fraud and will need to pay again by ****** option and this is the only way they can proceed with shipping. And then they will refund me ******* this is totally wrong what they are doing with me and after several reply back to them they are not responding. I demanded them that I can't pay again, either you will need to send my order or refund me my money.I tried messaging them on their instagram profile where they blocked **** want help. I want justice. Either I need my respectful order I placed or I need my money back.

    I made a purchase from ******** using ****** as the payment provider. The item I ordered was either not delivered or did not meet the promised expectations, and I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the company directly. Despite multiple attempts, ******** has remained completely unresponsive.I filed a dispute through Affirm, but unfortunately, the outcome was decided in favor of ********, even though they have not made any effort to communicate with me or resolve the issue. I have an Affrim dispute currently open again, and I am left paying for a purchase that was not fulfilled properly.This lack of communication and accountability from Impaktec is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for the amount I paid. I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter and holding this business accountable for its actions.

    Company took my money without shipping my product. The product i ordered was slated 4-6 weeks. It is now going on 6 months and despite my efforts and calls and emails no one seems to want to answer/help resolve the issue.

    I placed an order back on July 15 for $748. It states online this will be shipped within 8 weeks so it should have shipped by September 15. It is currently October 24. I have attempted to get a hold of this company since mid August. I have sent email after email. Called almost 100 times. I have even reached out via Instagram and yet I get no response. It shows my messages are read. I previously got a hold of one person by the name of **** **** at the number listed on ****** who looked up my order via the order number who told me my order should have been shipped within the week. That was the last week of September. I have yet the receive anything or a tracking number. I have again called and emailed and got nothing in response. During this phone call with **** **** he specifically stated my order was in the warehouse and ready to go.

    My order was placed on July 4 2024 and spoke to someone with the company through ***** gram about my order and I was given a 2 week window to have my product and Im yet to receive anything from them I was told to contact the company through email or give them a call and I leave voicemails and and email and no response at all.

    Never received a product. Orderd a plain steel crashcage. Call them once a week every week after the 1-2 week waiting time and they answered. Gave me attitude. Then continued to lie and ******** my about my order for the next 2 weeks. Called them for the past three days and finally got ahold of them. Asked for refund and they said 2-3 days. I have a feeling im not going to see my money back. This company ***** and should be sued for stealing everybody's money. ************************. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

    Placed an order on 4/20/24 ($1112.61) for a gloss black crash cage and sub cage for a 2024 ZX-4RR. A month later Ive heard no update started reaching out to the company. After 4 weeks someone got back to me and told me itll be 2 weeks more. Then from there it turned into 10 weeks. Then it turned into trying to get me to take something cheaper and that I didnt want. Then in the end (7/3/24) they told me I have to take a red crash cage and an andonized black sub cage cause thats all they have (not what I paid for). They then sent me a shipping number through **** *** says that number does not exist. I emailed asking them for more info only for them to tell me the package must be lost in transit and they are not held reliable and will not be replacing said package. So I am now out of money.

    January 13, 2024 I ordered a crash cage and sub cage through their website for the total amount of $1,155.63. The website states up to 10 weeks wait time for what I ordered. I have reached out by phone, email, social media account. all have been ignored. Except email. 3 separate people have responded back to me including the ceo stating false dates as to when the parts will be shipped. We are now 21 weeks in to waiting. I would like a refund, because their part of the transaction hasnt been upheld. When I asked for a refund I was met with a response from the ceo saying all sales are final. However no sale has been made, I was robbed by this company.
