    Going through the process of returning my product was very painless, apparently I missed multiple emails, so they gave me a call and once I sent in my invoice, the RAPID response on getting it done, was well on point, very satisfied on being able to drive my car again.

    We are very very happy with the assistance we received from your tech department agent ******. She was knowable and was patient while we went thorough the software updates, unzipping files and then stayed on the phone with us as we took it out to the vehicle to get the unit reset. She also provided easy step by step instructions so we could fully understand the product and how to use it. She was excellent and a joy to work with. Thank you for helping us today.

    FiTech has great customer service and awesome products. I have installed 4 different EFI kits and all of them have worked great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an aftermarket EFI system.

    I have 4 cars over a 6 year span that Ive built using FiTech fuel injection and have been very happy with their products and customer service. Huge thank you to *********************** for his exceptional customer service and support above and beyond expected by any salesperson. And their support-after-sale was present as well, as Ive needed tech support on multiple occasion, and their team was always friendly, well versed in their products, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and on the road. Cant recommend this company enough.

    My experience with FiTech is better than anything I would have ever expected from an aftermarket parts company. They have helped me build not only a unique system that fit my needs but also straight forward bolt on projects with a product thats easy to drop in for standard builds.They are easy to reach via phone, IG, and email, and have knowledgeable techs that you can talk to easily without the big business BS.Aside from their products, service, and support they are a big advocate for the car community by doing dyno days at their facility, sponsoring and supporting the fantastic Quarantine Cruise in *******************, and numerous other shows across the country. I like supporting companies that treat you like family and dont get you lost in chaos and have a quality product that they back up with quality service.

    I have purchased 3 throttle body kits over the last couple of years. I have installed them on my classic Cadillacs with out any issues. The FiTech team is very responsive and helpful when I have had any questions. They attend various car events around the area and are willing to review and fine tune vehicles equipped with FiTech systems. I highly recommend FiTech over other similar products from other brands.
