    I purchased an iPhone 13 Mini case from Shaka Cases on 18 March 2024, and have yet to receive the product. I paid USD $44.90 for it. I live in ******** and T&C states that Shaka Cases delivers to ********. I have emailed Shaka Cases regarding this matter on 13 April 2024, but no reply from them. My Order Number is *****. I am just looking for a refund OR for Shaka Cases to send the product to me.

    I was given a Shaka as a gift and it was defective, did not charge my phone. I sent in the case plus the $ 4,95 per their request plus the shipping of $10.00, I never received and my $ 4.95 was never cashed.I want my replacement they were supposed to send me

    I purchased a Shaka Case and returned it in September 2023. I have had multiple email exchanges with the company and they are still looking into it. I would like my money refunded.

    I order to cases from this company and have not received any response from anyone regarding my order this is ridiculous. I will be contacting my bank to report fraud and criminal activity.

    I purchased two cases from this company in June 2023. One of them stopped working after about a month. I was advised to return it and they would send a replacement upon receipt. The case was returned in July. After several months they acknowledged receipt on 9/14/23. I have not received a new case and now the 2nd case is inoperable I asked for a full refund for both cases but have not received a response.

    I ordered a phone case late June 2023 was delivered to me on July 11th wrong size, I ordered a 11r they sent me a 14. I contacted them to return it for the size I ordered. They told me I have to pay for the freight to return it even though I was sent the wrong size. I set it back via *** tracking # 1Z70YF8603784 they received the case back on 7-14-2023. I have reached out several times no response whatsoever. It's now August 24, 2023, Nothing. I want a refund $69.99 I will be contacting my bank to report fraud .

    Hello my problem has started July 14 when I ordered this product. It was a phone charger I got it didnt work. They told me I need to contact them and of course that took a week to contact with about five emails. Somebody finally got back to me and said if its not used or damaged, I could return it 10% restocking fee and Id have to pay the postage. I said Im interested in returning it . Did that and sent 3 more emails and finally a someone contacted me back and said not in the warehouse yet. That was 2 weeks ago. I have contacted them by email and different emails I have discovered and still no response. When they did contact more it was always signed Shaka cases. They just dont get back to you. They now owe me money. I contacted in the beginning my credit card company and then Shaka said send it back and I withdrew my dispute. Do here I am out my money

    Purchased a phone case from this company 8/1/2023 and still have not received product. Asked to cancel order/ get refund as I have not had any communication as to when will receive and was told I cannot cancel as order is on its way.17 days later and I am still being given the run around. I have reported to my credit card company to get refund and reported account to Instagram as fraudulent.

    Case was to small. Tried contacting them no response. Sent the cases back called my bank to see if they could help they reversed the charges. Did a investigation then reversed the charges again on June 1 . Said they could not help with the recovery need to contact the merchant. When I contact them y get nothing. Before I bought the cases I emailed them to see if the cases would fit a 8 plus. They said yes, they didnt they are to short. Can not get any one to call me back just emails saying they are waiting for my bank to make a decision. Talked to my bank today they said they gave them a decision on June 1. Got two cases one for ***** and the other for ***** can not get them to respond

    I bought a case, didnt work so I returned item asking for refund of $69.99. Have been in contact with them since 5/4/23. They are now no longer replying to my emails. I need my refund.
