    I bought an iPhone case from ****************************************************************************. They claimed it supports wireless charging. On the iphone everyone knows that wireless charging is a branded as MagSafe and requires a magnetic ring in the case. It turns out that it does not support magsafe and since my chargers both in my car and in my home do not lie flat on a desk the phone will not stay on the charger and falls to the floor. They could have easily been more transparent and said 'Does not support Apple MagSafe" but they choose not to. I went to return it but they claim it is on sale and cannot be returned. Their policy is the following:"We are more than happy to accommodate returns on unused products within 7 days of the delivery date for your order. You may return your Shaka Cases item(s) only if they have been unopened and unused. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable as indicated on their respective product pages.Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for refund, or exchange. All sale items are final sale."It looks like this case was on sale from day one so basically this is fraud and their policy in all cases is that you cannot return the item.

    I placed an order for an iPhone case on 7/25/22. The total came to $64.30.
    The order was delivered on 8/1/22. I contacted the company on 8/1/22 to inform them that I had the wrong size and asked to exchange it for the correct size. The company wrote back on 8/2/22 and said that was fine. I received an email from the company on 8/5/22 that they had received my return and were processing the replacement. On 9/15/22 I still had not received my order. I contacted the company and they said they did not have a replacement in stock. I then requested a refund. To date I have not received the replacement, nor have I received a refund (it has been almost 3 months). Since then, I have emailed the company on numerous occasions asking for a refund and my money back. They continue to respond that "my request is being reviewed". Please see attached documentation. Thank you for your help.

    I was sold a defective iPhone cover it doesn't work no charge ever they refuse to return my full price $75.00. I have filled with you eight times already you do NOTHING they're a SCAM many people involved in this scam. I get emails from you saying it has been resolved but I see no money back. I have since had to purchase another cover elsewhere. They owe me a manicure too my nails have all broken trying to get cover off $65.00. I demand my money back immediately. This company should be put out of business.

    I purchased two iPhone 12 Pro Max battery cases on 6/30/22. Both were received on 7/9/22. One of the cases was returned to the company because I wanted it in a different color. Yellow vs Red. It was returned on 7/9/22 and received by the company on 7/13/22. I have followed up with the company requesting either a new case or a refund of my money or I will cancel the credit card purchase.

    The second phone worked for about four days. After this time, the iPhone charging cord would not stay locked in the charging port. I requested and received a replacement case. I was told that I did not have to return the broken case to them. The replacement case came and it too has now stopped working. The iPhone charging cord also falls out without charging either the case or the phone. Both phone had the exact same problem. They would not charge. I was informed by the company that perhaps I used the wrong cord. Not so! I only use iPhone cords to charge my phone. Which does stay attached to the phone itself and charges the phone. I did break the top of the case while trying to remove the phone. I requested a replacement part. They asked me to pay the postage which I did.
    As far as the replacement case I returned for a different color goes, I would prefer a refund and let it go at that.
