  I received my 2 cases yesterday. Neither of them work and the apple chargers do not work with this case. Reading the return policy and reviews looks like I am out of $107.91. I am very disappointed. But I have learned a valuable *******

  Top gold piece arrived broke. I wrote to company to replace this tiny piece which probably cost them 10 cents to make. They refused, so Im out $50. Horrible company to deal with.

  I refused the package it was delivered unopened back to sender March 16th today is March 21, 2023 they have not responded to my recent emails Sent pictures of receipt and postal tracking Im extremely disappointed with them I paid with tax ***** dollars All I want is my refund

  What I wrote to them after many emails :Wait a minute - you offer this case whose primary feature is its battery - it costs as much as it does primarily due to this feature - and less than 30 days after I receive it the battery stops working and you dont replace it?????? What kind of racket is this? Its a faulty product. Then you point to your return policy that is 7 days? 7? Thats not even reasonable . Ill bet you dont pay for return shipping either. So this IS just a racket. Before buying I read poor reviews and thought well there is always some unsatisfied customer - but they were accurate about your business . Shame on me for being fooled so easily. Shame on you for running a scam . If this is the best you can do then you are a very poor business and I will post negative reviews and blast your customer service on every platform I can . This is ridiculous treatment when the customer is not taken care of . I am a very unsatisfied customer

  I wrote: Hi There,After only a few short days with my case, I got into my car last night, plugged it in to follow Waze via CarPlay and the phone wasnt connecting and wasnt taking the charge. Tried to slide it around a bit then went to remove the case to try to readjust and in taking the plastic bottom piece off, it very easily snapped and broke as I was pulling it out. Then I noticed the place you plug into was also broken- a small piece had moved out of place. I only had it a few days and I didnt drop it or anything, just plugged in and took it out a few times, so I just have to assume it was made of cheap materials, but its not a cheap case.Please see attached pics (sent photos)They responded: Hi ****,Thank you for your email.We're sorry to hear and see what happened to your case.For assembly and disassembly of the case, we strongly advise our customers to follow the instructions manual included in the packaging, to prevent instances like this from happening.   Dont buy their statement regarding delivery. Its been 7 days since I ordered and in checking with their shipper my order is no where close to being delivered. It prompts to think maybe the case is not what they hype it to be.

  Terrible!!!! Case did not fit. Hassle hassle to try to get it exchanged or refund. Still no solution and they are ignoring me!!!! Would absolutely NOT order from them again and recommend no one else ever order anything they have to offer. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent CHINESE site! Cases may look good in pictures, but they're absolute GARBAGE! Their customer service is non existent.

  Purchased my $60 case believing it was high-end, only to find it is made using cheap plastic for some components. Apparently one of those components is the charging port. Through careful and normal daily use, my charging port basically crumbled within two weeks of having the phone case. When I contacted the company they denied the refund or replacement, but was sure to include a link tot he refund policy of 7 days. I feel I was stolen from with no recourse. They say to examine the phone case upon receiving it. Apparently that means inside parts, too. I’m very upset.
