August 25 2 PM quick quack car wash on Northpark the entire row of vacuums on the southside did not work there were no towels to wipe your car off with went to ask them for some towels and tell them about their car wash their Vacuum and they responded by saying sir were doing the best we can. I asked to talk to the manager. He said he was the assistant manager. *** is his name. Frequently some of the Quitman in the car wash itself doesnt work. It takes months for them to get repaired. The only thing that works flawlessly is the $65 per month that they removefrom my bank account.Business Response

I went to the Quick Quack Car Wash in *********** **** at approximately 12:30 on August 23rd, 2022. When I went through the car wash bay, the brushes did not contact the left side of my 2019 ****** Outback. Also, I heard and felt a loud bang on top of the car. When I got finished with the car wash I noticed that the front windshield was cracked on the bottom, in the center, and there were several small cracks spreading. I contacted the Manager there and he told me that the left side of the car wash was not working. They knew this, but did not let me know when I first pulled in to the car wash. They did not give me the option of whether I still wanted to use the car wash. The Manager looked at the cracks and told me that they were a result of the windshield being improperly installed. He refused to accept any responsibility for the cracked windshield. This car only has about ***** miles on it. I want Quick Quack to replace the windshield.Business Response

On 7/22/22, I got a standard carwash from the Quick Quack Carwash at **************************************** the evening after work. I drove home and parked in a dark garage. The next morning I noticed multiple scratches on the hood of my car that were not there the day before. The only explanation for these would be from the carwash. As soon as I noticed this, I took photos and I submitted an online complaint that day. I called that day as well to the corporate office. I was instructed to go to the site of the wash and submit the complaint. I did so the following day on 7/24. The staff took photos in a bright glaring sun with an iPad. I received a response email from their corporate office requesting a call from me on 7/26. I called multiple times on 7/26, 7/27, and 7/29 and finally I finally spoke with someone on 8/2 street I sent them another email. I was told their photos were of poor quality and they had a hard time seeing the damage. I sent them an email with the photos I took on 7/23. I finally heard back on 8/23 that my claim had been denied because "the damage being claimed is inconsistent with the wash. Our wraps are made of foam and neoprene and and rotate in a different direcrion than the scratches on your hood. If something were to be stuck in the wrap it would leave a consistent straight line scratch from the front to the back of the vehicle." There is literally nothing else that touched the hood of my car that could've caused these scratches. Where else does Quick Quack think they came from? I never park under trees when I'm out because this is a brand new car and I don't want to risk any damage, and always park in a garage at home. I am submitting this claim to BBB with the hope that this can be resolved and get the paint job repaired by Quick Quack without going to court. But please be aware, if I do not get this response, I am prepared to take further measures to get this result. They are at fault and it is clear. I am rejecting this response because: This decision is being made with a terrible feedback system, awful customer service, and without any oversight. It is made from someone looking at pictures on a computer rather than actually inspecting the car. They are denying to repair the scratches on the hood of my car that were made by their carwash based on looking at some poor quality photos that they took with an old iPad on a bright day with lots of glare. They say the scratches are not in a linear manner and they very clearly are linear. It must be that they cannot see the scratches well with their computer. The scratches were not there before the wash and then I noticed them the day after the wash. There is no other explanation for where they could have come from. Nothing else touched the hood of my car. It is their responsibility to repair these scratches and their customer service in response to this complaint has been awful.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The scratches on the car can certainly be consistent with damage from your wash machines. Your incident specialist wrote If something were to be stuck in the wrap it would leave a consistent straight line scratch from the front to the back of the vehicle. Clearly he cannot see the scratches well on a computer photo because they are definitely in astraight linear pattern from front to back. I would like to request an in person evaluation. If you refuse to provide this, I will be contacting your corporate customer service and seeing a second opinion which can provide confirmation of the evidence needed to bring this to a legal closure proving your machines caused the damage. On July 31, 2022 Sunday afternoon my 19 year old son took his 2012 ***** CX7 car to the Quick Quack Car Wash at ******************************************************. He paid $ ***** for ************. While sitting in his car during the car wash, he heard a loud noise. As the car exited the wash, he got out of the car and saw that the car radio antenna and the rear window wiper had both been ripped off and were laying on the ground. He told an employee. I do not know why an employee did NOT fill out an incident report. Then my son left the car wash and drove home. When he got home, my son told me right away and immediately I called the car wash number at ************. And employee at the office told me an incident report should have been filled out. My husband and I immediately left my house and went to the car wash in my son's car. We talked to an employee when we arrived at the car wash and the employee filled out an incident report. My husband is the legal owner of the car so he signed the incident report. I took a couple of photos on my iphone of the damages. Then we left the car wash. The incident report states that we would be contacted within 3 business days. No response. I waited one week and called the main office number about what happened and they said someone would call me within a few days. No response. I called the main number again and complained. Maybe a couple of days later a car wash company employee called me and said the damages would "NOT BE COVERED BECAUSE THE *** IS OVER 5 YEARS OLD". These are the reasons why I am filing this complaint about this car wash. We have not been back to the car wash since and will not go to a Quick Quack Car Wash ever again. My husband has since gone to Auto Zone a few blocks away (same road as the car wash) and bought a new car radio antenna for $ *****, a new wiper arm for $ *****, and a new wiper blade for $ *****. I am rejecting this response because: An employee of the car wash company contacted me. I sent them by email the photo copies of receipts and photos of damages of the car. I have not heard from them since. So I do not know if the company is going to pay me for damages or not. I do not know if I will be reimbursed the cost of the car wash and the parts bought from Auto Zone store to repair the car. I have not received a check in the mail from them. I guess we are still in the process of resolving this matter. But it has not been completely resolved yet. I would like for there to be a resolution. I guess it may take weeks. I will wait. On 19 July 2022, I took my car for wash, quick quack location **** sunrise Blvd, ***************************************. After wash I see scratches on bumper and passenger side side mirror. I reported immediately after car wash to agent on duty. He looked and convinced and opened incident using tablet that he was holding (took several pictures to attached with incident ). He didnt give me incident number when I asked. He said store leader (*****) will contact me. I called several times and left voicemail. I also went to store couples of times to enquire about the incident. I didnt get any response. Also called customer service several times. Every time they said someone will reach out to me within ***** hrs. Nobody responded to my incident. after three weeks, I contacted corporate office through contact us link. Corporate office incident officer denied my incident saying its not possible that brush can damage paint. I would like to bring this to your attention and hoping BBB would take appropriate action against Quick quack business and have them pay to fix my car paint.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Prior to car wash there is no brush marks on hood of my car. I showed these brush marks to Quick Quack employee and he also agreed based on the pattern.
Anyone can confirm if they see car in-person that these marks can only be caused by brush. Someone sitting in remote office rejecting claim without even looking car in person. Sometime its not obvious when you take and upload pictures due to size, light limitation. I called several time store leader to follow up on the incident and he never responded my calls or voice mail or notes left by employee. If store leader think its not cause by their equipment then why he was ignoring my calls, why he didn't call me back and asked me to bring car for physical assessment.
I can bet $100, any third party can confirm that this can happen only through rolling brush.
As an awareness, I am going to share this on ************ so other people may get alert and think twice before going to Quick Quack car wash.

I noticed signage around the business that advertised their unlimited car washes for $17.99 a month. It appeared to be on sale because the normal price is $31.99. I signed up for the, what appeared to be the sale price. The person took my information and said nothing about future pricing and they did not hand out any information about future pricing. When I realized later that they were charging me the full price, I got on their website and tried to cancel. on August 2, They refused to refund my full price. I called and they indicated that is their policy and they would not refund my money.. This is the classic bait and switch scheme used by this business. This needs to be stopped. On 07/08/2022 I went to the Quick Quack Car wash in ******, ** I was stuck inside the wash area getting hit from behind me from another car and I was hitting the *** in front with my wheels locked and inside the machine with no were to go this caused major damage to my bumper front and back and many scratches there were 4 cars involved . The assistant manager wrote a incident report and was going to look at the footage was told a manager will follow up. I have tried several time to call the manager no luck, called ************* customer care just to find out that they are in *************** and only ask for incident report and license number said give them 24 hours to call well 21 days later no one has called me I have to report this to my insurance. Dear BBB,I need your help with one of the incidents that happened at a Car Wash. It happened at Quick Quack Car Wash location mentioned below:Address: Address: **************************************************************** Vehicle VIN: ***************** I was a loyal QQ member and have visited it several times.Today my car was hit by a car from behind during the wash due to a system glitch. My car stopped for like 2 seconds and since there was NO considerable distance between the car which was behind me. The lady who was letting the cars in didn't keep any distance between our cars and hence when my vehicle was stopped for like 2 seconds it had no time to avoid it. Just to tell you I've brand new car and my rear bumper got damaged. I have filed an incident report but the manager doesn't seem to be helpful. Also its not just me, several people have reported issues with Quick Quack and they have refused to entertain any of them. I am very disappointed and wanted someone from your team to look into it.
