      Horrible wait times, appoints are rarely available the same day even if you try to book at 9 am, urgent care average wait for me has been 3-4 hours. Good luck finding a primary care physician, Im on my 3rd round as even though book an appointment to meet with one, its never sooner than 3-4 weeks, and when I get to 1 week away or a few days away I get a call that the physician is no longer accepting new appointments.Horrid use of technology, very few video visits available. While some people may have better health experience with the doctors here than at ******, you first have to be able to see a doctor to get a diagnosis.

      I questioned the minimum amount need for surgery 15 minutes later they canceled my surgery with the doctor and said it was due to previous heart conditions when all along those conditions where known

      I believe Sutter Health is deliberately deceiving the patients by madly overcharging for every visit. Don't waste time to argue with them, just sue them!

      The wait time of 90 days to see a specialist is unacceptable!I am now seeking out ANY Doctor of Neurology to help me since my GP doesnt seem to understand the pain and daily suffering I endure!??

      If you want to pay 1000 dollars for routine blood work, go here.PAMF engages in predatory billing practices. They are in-network with Anthem but the blood work here costs 10 times the price as it does for Labcorp or Quest. They do not communicate this ridiculously high and unexpected charge and then blame it on the patient when they intentionally send the lab work to their lab which they KNOW is expensive and have gotten complaints about. For example, *** (*****) is $4 dollars at labcorp, but with them I was charged $40 after insurance. FSH (*****) is ~6 dollars, but with them I was charged $110 dollars. All this led to charges of 965 dollars for lab work on my insurance claims, which my insurance company had to argue with them over.Furthermore, they engage in extra billing that is explicitly not allowed, billing me for code ***** (venipuncture) when they cannot bill for this if they ran tests in-house (which again, they should NOT have done KNOWING they have hundreds of complaints about lab work prices and still REFUSING to tell patients the cost).Speaking with their billing department does nothing to resolve the issue except waste hours of time, they always just deflect your valid concerns and claim that you signed away your rights in the patient agreement when I literally had a printed copy out and nothing they claimed was in the agreement.Billing ASIDE, they also have problems with informed consent in the office. I only requested a ferritin test because I suspected I was anemic, but they added on a bunch of tests without explaining what any of them were and what they were checking for. Clearly, they don't know what informed consent even means. I TOLD them I had no sexual activity since my last period and they still decided to run a pregnancy test on me even though I said theres no way I'm pregnant, no consent whatsoever.They did so many things wrong. SAVE YOURSELF and go literally anywhere else.

      I had a terrible experience with Sutter Healths billing and customer service. I visited for a preventive care exam, and confirmed with the doctor that all the tests were preventive, which should be fully covered by my insurance. However, I was later charged around $400 for tests I didnt ask for, which were incorrectly billed as non-preventive. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. Despite explaining my situation, he kept telling me to appeal with my insurance, even though the issue was on Sutter Healths end. He repeatedly asked, "Do you understand?" in a condescending tone and refused to escalate my request to speak with a manager. Overall, I felt bullied and disrespected, and my issue remains unresolved. Very disappointed with how Sutter Health handled this.

      Sutter ******************************* Foundation took it upon itself to change the Guarantor status and access to my child's records. This has impacted our family financially and, in the efforts, to provide proper medical care to our child. We have been trying to work with Sutter for several months, but the continuously fail to update the accounts to reflect the correct information and statuses. All request information has been provided to Sutter, including court documentation. It would seem unpracticable for Sutter Delta to change this information without confirmation and authorization from parent/guardians of a minor. I am open to further discuss what occurred to the account(s) to cause these changes. Note: Sutter Delta has not provided me with who, how, when, and why these changes happened, since I am not authorized.

      I have had Sutter Health for over 30 years and in the last 2 years it has been harder to get appointments within a few days. It now takes a month or longer to get in. Also, I used to get quick responses with the messaging site on "My Health Online", now my doctors don't ever respond to my questions. This used to be a very good way to contact your doctor, but no more. The quality of care has gone downhill very fast.

      I was contacted by Sutter health that i had an uncashed check from June of 2022. I called the number they provided which was for Alight Worklife TM, the letter they sent was dated February 13, 2024. I have been trying since last March to claim my uncashed check they were kind enough to inform me of in writing. I have made 14 calls since that time and have been lied to ever time with initial polite assurances that I would receive the check in 7 to 10 days. Over 4 months latter I have received nothing. That was bad enough but what really sent me to the BBB is the continual lies I have been fed for all these months. I have spoken to their staff, their supervisors, and their "supervisors supervisors". Each time I have been assured that I would receive a call back on a specific day. Each time that information was a lie. No one has ever called back. I've begun to feel like ************************* trusting **** to hold my football one more time. My last call was Monday. That call lasted about 40 minutes as I was passed up their ladder to "their supervisors supervisors" which leaves me assured there is no integrity within this organization at any level. Despite voicing my skepticism, I was assured that this time I really would receive a call back. Once again **** pulled the ball and sent me flying. No one has ever called back, and this is Friday. I have no more patience with these people and am looking for legal counsel to file an age discrimination lawsuit. I have never been disrespected like this before in my life. No one would ever treat me like this in a face-to-face encounter because I look nearly as mean as I actually am. I am suff3ering insomnia for the first time in my life due to these people. It has begun to impact my health and ability to complete my daily tasks. I wish you could hear the assurances I have been offered with each call as they "give me their word" I will receive a call back during the specified time. It really plays on my mind when this disrespect continues.
