This Medical Foundation for profit does the below items:1) Takes a medical procedure amount for a MRI and due to the excessive bill above the insurance coverage agrees to divide the remaining bill over 6 months of payments in which they will send monthly bills.Add interest/late changes that adds a 50% surcharge.2) Has a automated phone message that informs me to wait for a person to get on the line. The wait can be 45 minutes or longer. And will repeatedly call day after day anytime from 5am to 5pm.The person then asks for your social security number, driver license number, checking account to attempt to do a monthly bill.3) Even though my 1st payment was double to the $56 bill, they apply the extra to the principle and then charge $50 per month late fee. They send out a bill on the 16th to arrive on the 26th, and consider it late on the 25th.4) In 3 months, they have allowed a "false person" to have a virtual appointment 4x where they send meds to a address that is not mine, bill my account for the meds and the appointment, under a my address.5) Bill me for each notice on the 25th of the month, that they bill me $25, where they have repeastedly gotten payment days later.6) Have trippled my bill to over $1,000 after starting under $300, where I have never missed a payment and while it should be paid off, they are still increasing the fees and my outstanding bill, where I haven't seen or spoke to a medical person since the MRI.7) Have 7am to 5pm phone hours, but if you call at 4:15pm and wait over 45 minutes you get a automated message saying that the office is now closed and to call back. This "foundation" seem to do whatever they want to create bills that will eventually reach $1,000s at which they threaten to send it to a collection agency. They don't belong and should never be accepted into the BBB or any accredited organization.

I just had a cervical fusion done at Sutter Hospital in ********** 3 weeks ago. Upon entry to the hospital, I could not urinate on my own and needed a catheter. There was none to be found on the floor. They ultrasounded my pelvis and found 600 cc of urine. They said I needed to wait. After 3 hours, I called for help desperately, and they said I had to wait. By the time they finally found one, it took two nurses to cath me andf I had over **** cc of urine. It was incredibly painful. They were very rough and cathed me twice. They did not seem to know how to use the cath compassionately. When pain medication was needed , they would consitently come in late- past the 8 hour limit of the meds. When I would call and say I was in pain, they would not come in. Whenever I used the call button, a person would answer 1 out of 4 times, and mostly tell me to wait, they would find someone. I had two panic attacks at times when they were over 2 hours late for my meds. When I did have a panic attack, they told me "you just need to calm down". They ignored my request for medication. On the second one, I insisted. I tried to explain I would not have panic attacks if they would just administer the pain meds on time. They replied they were busy and that I would be fine. The first night, the woman across the hall was screaming for help for over 6 hours. Screaming "help me" over and over and over. No one seemed to come to her aid because the screaming lasted for so long. When I finally asked a nurse for help, that I could not sleep with the loud screaming, the nurse's aid gave me ear plugs. I could not use the bathroom due to the other patient's equipment. I used the portable potty which was overflowing by the time I begged to leave the third day. They never emptied it even after frequent requests.I did not feel safe or well cared for.
