1 starI placed an order on 8/22/24. Shortly thereafter I discovered that Patio **************************** advertised a 25% Memorial Day discount. I have made several attempts to take advantage of what would be a considerable saving, to no avail. It is impossible to speak with anyone. I have spent several hours on chat only to be told I got a good deal to begin with. These attempts were made prior to my even receiving the merchandise on 8/29/24. I now regret doing business with these people. They have lost my trust. I run a business and sincerely feel that if we treat people the way we would wanted to be treated prosperity follows !!!Review fromJoann Q

I called looking for a replacement part for my patio umbrella - he was so patient and knowledgeable - he was quick with the solution and explained everything so there was no question or confusion on my part- I had tried other stores looking for help without success- I would recommend as the first person to call for service or sales.Review fromGary F

5 starsI recently had the opportunity to contact Galtech for help replacing a bottom pole for my umbrella. I worked with ************************* who could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable of their product. He was very courteous and listened while I spoke. Rare qualities for any type of service representative. 5 starsI had to purchase a series of outdoor light fixtures for a home and ************************* was such a great help! With the large quantity of fixtures needed, I qualified for a bulk discount and ******* made sure I received this, that my order was submitted and then explained to me how to address any issues with my order once it is received. 5 starsI received my order that I placed with Patio Heat and Shade for the Innova 6000W electric heater recently. One of the heating element tubes cracked so I called customer service. I spoke with customer service **** ********* who could not have been more helpful and understanding. She had placed an order to have my heating element tube replaced free of charge in a matter of minutes. Now that's customer service! Placed and online order for Umbrella and base stand on 4/29/24. They publish orders that are Made To Order - Ships in 3 - 4 Weeks. Order has not shipped as of 6/4/2. For updates they have you track with the order number, which they have not updated. This company does not have a live customer service representative to speak to, the phone number to call just prompts you to their website for help with orders. After you figure out how to get past the ** text bots they use for customer service, youre left with writing the helpdesk, creating a ticket, and then a customer service chat is created but that is not responded to in real time. They have provided no substantive response to where the order is except that they have not received it from the manufacturer. Do not recommend ordering here.Patio Heat and Shade
