After struggling with some bank/card issues, we got it resolved and he was patient, fun, and very understanding. Thank you for your time and sharing a few laughs with me, dude.       Very happy with their customer service! I had lot of questions when I first reached out by phone and the service agent (*************************) was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped work through all my questions and gave me a really good overview of all the best options for our project. He also gave me a better price and made it very easy by putting everything into a shopping cart for me and sending a link along for the cart with the quoted prices. Very happy with them as a business.

      I called in for help ordering an umbrella canopy and *********************** HELPED me way above and beyond what I would expect from customer service!! Someone is very lucky tho have him as an employee!! I willl do business again with this company because of him!
