Galtech umbrellas are the best but after our 20 year old umbrella literally fell apart we ordered 3 new ones. 2 arrived today but Fed Ex showed them all as heaving been delivered. I had the pleasure of speaking to ****** in **************** about this and got the correct tracking number for the 3rd one. Could not be happier with the product and the service!

Gerard ******** was a delight to work with. We had some damaged coils and the wrong brackets for our outdoor heaters. He was able to resolve this issue and understand our problem right away. He explained what we needed to do on our end, and sent a follow-up email to ensure/confirm the new items were shipped. He is customer service focused and great at his job. Thank you, again.
