5 starsSo, I talked to ******* and he was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about galtech umbrellas and went to extreme efforts to help me solve my issue. He took ownership in my problem. He was easy to talk to and understand. I wish all companies had someone as talented as ******* to answer questions and provide assistance.I highly recommend Patio Heat and Shade and specifically ******* for all your patio furniture and sunbrella umbrella needs. I have been dealing with ****** for month now. She has been nothing but great. Helpful on shade type, style etc. ****** was able to beat pricing from another dealer. She kept a file on our communication and knew who I was when I called. Thank you ******.

A very dishonest company. They promised two days shipping which I relied on for a project when I chose to order from them, and then find out its more than a week before they will even ship out the product. Too late to change now so Im stuck with these shady liars. Buy elsewhere.Patio Heat and Shade
