      This is a follow-up to my previous complaint. I want a full refund. I dont want to have any association with this business. They have taken an aggressive position that is completely unacceptable. I paid them over $2k. There has been basically no communication and when they did communicate they provided a false delivery date (I have still not been sent my product, over 8 weeks from the time I purchased it at the writing of this complaint - the website says 3-5 weeks but the page is not easily accessible, you have to search for "shipping" to be taken to the page). More recently I have communicated with the business over Instagram. They have taken to insults, calling me entitled and that they have dealt with my kind before when I told them this is an unacceptable way to conduct business. I want a full refund. Try being upfront and transparent with customers from the jump. If there are delays, maybe start with an apology, a little empathy instead of sending false delivery dates and then insults. I have every reason to be mistrustful of this business and not one reason to believe they are operating with a shred of integrity. The * rating makes sense, wish I had seen it earlier.

      I purchased a boxing punching bag from Grodex (ORDER #G3573) on September 7th, 2023.The bag cost $1,690.00. Shipping $200.00 Taxes $173.23 Total Cost = $2,063.23 I received no information whatsoever upon purchase.I sent them an email 2 weeks later inquiring about the shipping. They dont provide a phone number, only a gmail account.I followed up 2 days later. They answered the following week and said they would reach out when the bag shipped. They told me its typically 30 days from purchase (which had never been communicated prior).I followed up 2 weeks later and heard back a few days later in a email that the bag would be shipped the following day (10/13) and delivered by October 19th. They provided the following *** tracking: 1Z4F259Y0395650553 I reached out again when the bag didnt arrive on 10/19. I have heard nothing. The tracking says a label was created and thats all. They just emailed me a marketing email pushing another product. Its an unacceptable way to conduct business. Finish the job or refund me ASAP.

      Ordered three products that were expected to ship within 45 days two weeks past that the tracking number provided isnt working and hasnt been received by the shipper is all it states and when I reach out to the company Ive gotten no response

      I purchased a Black Mamba Reflex Punching Bag Suction Cup Edition for $219 (including shipping) on August 1, 2023. At the time of purchase, the product was listed as "In Stock Takes 5 Business Days to Ship". Upon a week passing by, I reached out to the company's email <***********************************> for a status update. I was then notified that the product would take up to 45 days to ship. Though I was frustrated that this information had not been made available prior to checking out, I accepted the update though made note I would be checking in periodically to see if it could be shipped out earlier. A week later, (August 18th), following another email I sent, a company rep. responded saying they are aiming to have my item shipped and delivered the following week. The week came and went and I have not heard back from the business despite making several attempts since to find out when I will receive my product.It is unethical to lie about the availability of a product / be fully transparent as to why there would be a delay. There is no where up until the confirmation page of the order (after the purchase has been made) that states "due to our facility relocating, your product may take up to 3-5 weeks to be delivered'. Beyond that, its even more frustrating no one has taken the time to respond to my emails.I would like to know when I can expect my product and would like for someone from the company to reach out to me personally. Unacceptable.

      I ordered a product from Grodex *** and it was not the right product. It was also missing hardware to assemble. I have sent over 5 emails over the course of 1 month and sent messages through the website as well as ********* They have not replied to single one. So no way to get a return or send me the correct order and or complete what they sent.

      I order the air mamba bag from Grodex,inc. ( order#G1997/ tracking #1Z4F259Y0391319464) for $344.49 on 6/18/22.When I received the package it was incomplete there are two pieces that supposed to come, I only received the ( top part) bag but no base to it when I contact (Grodex) Through email they responded and said they will send a base to me this happened twice. When I contact *** they said they never received anything else from Grodex concerning my package when I emailed grodex and asked for a refund they stop communicating with me completely that is why Im filing this complaint.I do have a video of when my package was delivered and it shows I received only 1 package even though the label on the box says 1 of 2 packages. I also have the conversation between Grodex and I in my emails. Thank you, ***********************
