      Placed an order on Nov 29th. I reached out just before Christmas, as the order had not yet arrived. I did not get a response to my inquiry. Instead, I received and email on 12/26 that my order was canceled and refunded with a 25% coupon code. There was no explanation for the cancelation. The compensation is not comparable to the purchase I made. The company advertised a sale, completed the payment, and failed to deliver or at least explain what led to the cancelation. This is the definition of bad business.

      I do apologize that the order got canceled. Upon looking into this, it does appear that our warehouse did not have the inventory to fulfill the order which is why the units were removed and a refund was issued back to your original payment method.

      I do understand how frustrating that can be and while we were not able to get you this order, a 25% off code was issued to you upon the refund for you to use on a future order. 

      Our customer service team has been working through an influx of inquiries due to our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.

      Order #***D-9344-C8164 Was placed on Dec 2, 2024.Received partial order around Dec ********** says rest of order should have gone out Dec 9-11. Nothing has shipped and it is now Dec 21. My complaint is that this "business" has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I have tried by phone several times, chat through website, texting and messaging through several different social media platforms. Cannot get anyone at all the answer or return correspondence. How does a supposed legitimate business not have ANY customer service at all? I cannot get answers about my product or a refund.

      Someone did reach out to me but only to tell me that there is no customer service to be gotten ahold of. They offered me no resolution to my problem. I need to actually speak to someone!!

      On November ******* I purchased $200 worth of Ethika underwear and which I never received my package!! I reached out multiple times via email and website chat each time I was informed that all agents was busy and they will get back to me but I havent received any emails that dont have a number I can call to speak with a live agent.!! So at this point Im out of $212.50 an or 20 pairs of Ethika underwear.

      i ordered a package on December 5th, still no word on it nothing, it went to ******* and been there ever since, that's not the main problem, this multi billion dollar business, can't return customers text emails anything? i'm trying to figure out where this package is by christmas, but all associates are offline, they never get back to you nothing, just take your money and that's it. someone just answer the phone, fulfill me a new order, someone clearly stole it.

      Hello, I purchased an order on your Black Friday sale and just recently received the delivery, and I noticed Im missing 2 items.       Can someone PLEASE help me with my order that I placed on 12/9, as its been 2 weeks and these are Christmas gifts that I need for the holiday. The mailman delivered the first order that I placed on 11/28 but my mailbox was empty so I'm assuming it was either stolen or he placed in wrong mailbox. Fine. So Ethika issued a replacement on 12/9, I received ONE of the five pairs of the underwear 12/17 but Im missing more than half of my order.The rest of the underwear I ordered are still listed as "Packing, not yet shipped" I have been callingevery day and waitingat over an hour each time for someone to pick up, the most I've waited was 3 hours before I hung up. I dial 1 to "leave a voicemail" and it doesn't let you. I have texted the number provided before and still no response, no one has answered my live chatand now my only choice is to revertto email in which I have sent 4 and still NO RESPONSE. I dont understand what the hold up is and I would like to speak to someone regarding my order and getting a refund. With the holiday next week they won't get here in time. This is ridiculous. I would have never expected this from Ethika.

      I placed my order on December 1, 2024. I received my package on December 16. When I opened my package I was missing two items. The most expensive item on the order which was the jacket and a white tshirt. Missing items in my order. Order # ***D-19B5-CC423. Items missing Familie 01 BOYS VARSITY JACKET M and Ethika ***************** GRAPHIC TEE M. I tried contacting the company. They have no phone number to call. I tried to communicate through email and chat but have not received a response and don't know what else to do.

      The company is getting too large and doesnt care about their customer nor customer service.. I did some online shopping with them on Black Friday and I was not happy with my order. There is two ways to communicate with the business text (only during business hours or you dont get a response or chat with a live agent (that is not live) as it took over a hour to get a response. I was told I needed to return my order pay for shipping and it will take about 7 business days for them to work my return. Meaning the Christmas gifts I bought I would not have for Christmas. I tried chatting again asking for management to call me. Nothing. Issue with my order. They sell mystery underwear and the reason I order them as my boys like the different prints. Each boy I order 5 pairs and one sone got all the same design where the other got one duplicate. Due to an employee that picked my order choosing to be funny as made this client very unhappy. Order 6749-f2a2-10677 I have been a customer for over ******************************************************* No accountability .

      Mystery styles are picked at random - grab-bag style - and duplicates of a single design may occur. Although we try our best to avoid duplicates in your order, we cannot guarantee that any order with mystery styles won't have duplicates. 

      While typically we are unable to exchange items due to design, seeing that you got 4 or more of the same pair, we are able to make the exception and have you do an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not have pre-paid labels to offer for this exchange, but in return, we do cover the shipping to get the items back to you as quickly as possible.

      We have offered to give you store credit for any cost that you incur when shipping the items back and we will add a couple extra items at no cost to your replacement order for the inconvenience.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and 1 underwear for my son on December 11, 2024. 1 pair of shorts did not arrive in the package. The only phone number they have says they do not take calls and everything is done through text or chat with a live person. No one responded to any of my text messages, 1 a day, for 3 days. The live chat person is nonexistent. I only received an email that they were working on the issue. Same time frame as the text messages. Its absurd to me that I cannot talk to someone, find out where the shorts are or refund the money. Its not complicated and I will NEVER buy from this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Oh wait, no customer service.

      I ordered 8 pairs of Staple underwear from ************************* package was shipped through ***, but on the day of delivery, Tuesday 12/10/24 my package was transferred to the post office to be delivered.I received a confirmation that my package was left at the door.I look outside my door/no package.I reached out to the post office and they did an investigation and was able to see from the *** that the package was delivered to the wrong building.They provided me with a letter stating my package was delivered to the wrong adress,because they were unable to recover the package.I was told to provide this letter to seller.I've tried to send emails to Ethika no ************* was on hold 45 mins/never talked to anyone,Text messages no response,Chat online no response.I don't even want a refund I just want my underwear.But there customer service and communication is terrible.$80 dollars gone to waste.
