I order ***** clothes from this company on Nov 29 still haven't received my order I got one email from there support team saying my order is modified every time I called you can't get through and when I checked there website it keeps saying its in packing mode still nothing no tracking number no nothing I would like sum answers or a full refundBusiness Response

I do apologize for the delay in response as our team has been working through an influx of tickets due to our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
I have looked into this and it looks like the order was shipped into 2 separate shipments. Here are some details regarding the status of those.

We have issued a refund back to your ApplePay for the shipping cost as a one-time courtesy.
Typically, we are not able to do this since the remainder of your order was delivered without an issue and the only item refunded was the damaged hat.

I placed an order on 12/1/2024 I never received it as of today. Stated the order should reached me on 12/10/24.. I reached out to the help desk 2x times they never responded back, and I do not have the order and never had the order. When you search the tracking number its still saying processing pre-shipment. Mystery styles are picked at random - grab-bag style - and duplicates of a single design may occur. Although we try our best to avoid duplicates in your order, we cannot guarantee that any order with mystery styles won't have duplicates.
I do see that you were able to get in contact with our team on 12/13 and a refund was issued back to your **** for the order.

I placed 2 separate orders for my daughter one on dec 1 one on dec 4 They arrived on dec ********************** girls on both orders my daughter couldnt fit them and one of the packages was missing mono staples so I sent them back for exchange the next day dec 15. The company received it on dec 18 because I been tracking and have all my receipts. I havent heard back from no one since they received my packages I have emailed them 5 times no one has reached out about an update or nothing. Really unprofessional fr because I wanted an exchange because my daughter really wants her sets but at this point I just want a refund its bad business.Business Response
