      If I could give no stars. My daughter refinanced her car here. Worst customer service, never calls back, cant reach **** needed. Keep all her text messages has proof that they said her account was in good standing and came at midnight took her car, then refused to acknowledge her.She has yet to receive a return call, get her car seats out of car.

      I have been in contact with this bank several times now over the past week. My mom is their customer of several years but recently shes been placed into a nursing home. Prior to Axos my mom banked with Nationwide where she was also an employee for 32 years. My mom and I setup her online account and I was added as a beneficiary. The bank has now blocked her account and I cannot pay for her stay at the nursing home. Weve called them together on a conference call and each time she verifies herself and tells them to please speak with my daughter and that I should be listed on the account per her request. They are now requesting that I mail or email a POA in order to ***** us online access again. No where on their website or online does this show as an requirement. If my mom loses housing at her nursing home I feel sorry for Axos bank because this certainly will not be a good look. The representative that locked the account also asked me why did I need to speak with a supervisor when Im not a customer. This representative allowed her emotions to take over because she didnt like answering questions or being asked to stop over talking my mom and myself. So out of spite this is the current situation. We will be moving forward because this is not ok by any means.

      The requested paperwork was sent to you Axos Bank on Friday August 19, 2022 via Certified Mail and will arrive Tuesday August 23, 2022. A signature will be required by you Axos Bank due to this situations complexities on your end. The paperwork that was sent was the *** Paperwork, Change Request - Add an Account Owner, and a copy of my drivers license. The paperwork is also notarized and has my mothers and my signatures. As I also stated previously, there is nothing on your website that states this is a requirement. However, I have no issue with your request but please understand you may want to develop an easier process due to situations such as my mothers. Its not easy for her and myself to be side by side due to me working and my mom being in a nursing home during your company hours. My mother and myself called in several times on conference calls to inform you Axos Bank of the situation. During each time she verified herself as well as verified who I was which is her biological daughter as well as ***. Your **************** Representative ****** made this situation worse than it needed to be by being in her feelings two separate times. She took it upon her hateful heart to lock my mothers online account that my mom and I took time to create. Its really uncomfortable knowing that you have an vindictive employee such as ****** who lacks compassion and empathy. My previous complaint states what she did. I hope that you acknowledge this because your response was solely on what I did not do. I look forward to you Axos Bank resolving this situation quickly. Respectfully!

      My notarized paperwork was received on August 26, 2022 via certified mail and signed for by ************ and yet this bank still has not honored legal paperwork. I sent the paperwork certified mail to avoid any issues.The paperwork submitted is what Axos Bank requested. I was told by Axos Bank that once the paperwork has been received it would be scanned and uploaded to my moms account. I was then told that one the paperwork was received my mom and myself would have our online access restored. Now your representative tells me it will be 60 days. Im so glad that I reached out the BBB because this situation may escalate further.

      Unethical and fraudulent. Avoid Axos. Failed to pay ach with no explanation, then closed our account without warning. Constant run around at call center, misrepresentation and poor customer service. *********************** was horrible relationships manager and thin skinned ************************* wouldn't know customer service if it bit her. ******************* is ringleader of operations circus, impotent and blind to ripple effect Axos caused. Steer clear!

      A very stupid bank system for international wire transfers.Stupid people ask bunches of stupid questions, like what's your passport number, what is the street close to an address you lived years ago.Each wire needs to print the form, sign it, scan it, and send it to them through their bank secure message. If you are lucky, someone will call you back to ask you bunches of stupid questions which takes you around 30 minutes on the phone.Very stupid.

      Worst bank in the world, the ************* named ********* is very stupid, she ask me to initiate transfer out from my discover bank, which is illogical. I hope her supervisor listen to our conversation over the phone.Transfer out should be from axos, because the money is at axos, HOW can a clerk like ********* can be hired?...she is idiot, she will make Axos bankrupt. And ********************************* is a liar, he said the money will come today at noon at my discover bank, but never arrived I am afraid I will lose $ **** which I ask Axos to transfer, this bank need to be CLOSED forever

      BEWARE! THIS BANK SELLS SENSITIVE INFORMATION to SCAMMERS!!! I understand that when applying for loans, my information may be sent out to other legitimate lenders. Literally the moment after applying for a loan to this bank, I received fraudulent texts, emails, phone calls. I was even sent a letter from a completely different bank that somehow had ALL of my important information in it, literally sitting in my mailbox for anyone to take. I was so fearful of identity theft I spent hours changing all of my passwords and closing any unnecessary accounts. Please do not use this bank, you will be at great risk of identity theft.

      "detailed" response means an auto-generated response that states the obvious without discussing the issue at all. Please send me a detailed statement on the security of your website and the information it holds. What type of privacy and security measures does your bank run online? What systems exactly keep our information safe. I refuse to believe that coincidence is the cause of these scam emails and texts.
