    If we could good give 10 stars we would. From start to finish, from sales to customer service to installation and outstanding job. ***** was the lead installer. A remarkable young man, very professional, very courteous. His entire team introduce themselves to us. They started at 7:30 in the morning and finished at 6:30 in the evening. He could have gone home for the day and come back the next day to finish off but he said he was so close he just stayed. Strongly recommend them.

    DO NOT fall for their lofty claims of providing exceptional services. Their sales *** would spend more than half hour boasting how great they are. Unfortunately our experience with them was horrible.We got a small guest bathroom remodeling done from them last month. Firstly, they did a shoddy job and left so much trash behind for us to clean up. They broke a part of the showerhead while installing and when they returned with a spare it was not up to the specifications we had asked. Then I called their service *** who promised that their worker will come and ***lace it in less than 24 hrs. Its been over a week and nothing has been done. They would not even take my calls anymore. I should not have paid them whole amount before everything was completed. But would not want anyone else to go through the same ordeal we went through.

    Amit,Thank you for taking the time to speak with me directly. We regret the error on our part that led to a negative experience for you. Your feedback has provided a valuable learning opportunity for our team.We are terribly sorry for any trash left behind to clean up. Cleanliness of the customers home is one of the most important parts of our install process, and to hear that didnt happen in this case is disappointing. We are surprised to see that you had given our installer a high rating on cleanliness on our close out form, so we are trying to understand what happened here. Any more details you can provide would be ********** far as the shower head issue goes, this one was a breakdown in our process combined with a little bit of human error. The diverter we had brought on the original install was defective so we needed to get a replacement installed for you. When we came out to get this corrected, there was an issue with the length of the hose we brought for your handheld causing us to have to make one more trip (this was a non-standard item, but we should have caught it and been prepared so we didnt have to make an additional trip). To get these additional parts, it would take a few days.When you called in on 10/29, the parts had arrived (you beat us to the punch, the parts were actually checked in 28 minutes before you called). We got you on the schedule for the next day. This is where perhaps the most frustrating series of errors took place. We scheduled the service, but accidentally scheduled it for a different customer with a very similar name. This led to us no-showing you, which is probably the most egregious of potential errors. You set aside your valuable time for us and us not showing up is both frustrating and disrespectful of your time. Normally, we close out services the next day to ensure everything was taken care of, but this process was also not done to the normal standard. It took until Friday for you to call in and for us to realize the mistake (a call that we missed and did not return right away). We are very sorry that it seemed like we were purposefully not returning your calls. This was not the intention. I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with me over the phone, and Im glad to know that, aside from this instance, you felt our team was responsive. We truly value open communication and want to ensure this was a one-time oversight.We realize you haven't wanted us back to install the last part you requested, but were still committed to providing the best service possible. Should you reconsider, wed appreciate the chance to complete the final service.We are very sorry for this happening.     Exceeded All Expectations I am thrilled with the results of my tub-to-shower conversion remodel by Shugarmans Bath. From start to finish, the experience was quick and seamless - completed in just one day.The entire team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. ****, my installer was a total pro. He arrived right on time, fully prepared, and wasted no time in getting to work. ********* in the office was always responsive and friendly and easy to work with. She also bent over backwards to accommodate my work schedule. The new shower is beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. Great attention to detail. They even consulted with me during the installation to make sure the placement of the fixtures was exactly what I wanted. A+ experience overall, I couldnt be more appreciative.

    I would recommend Shugarmans bath to all my friends and family. My mom is currently working with them for her new bathroom and we are so excited for the final product. Ive worked with Shugarmans Bath at length and truly have never seen a better culture. Their team is excellent in every way from communication to transparency to quality across business aspects and product. Id happily expand for anyone who is willing to listen, and would recommend their product to my favorite people. On top of that, I would recommend anyone I know to apply to work at Shugarmans Bath.

    Awesome experience from start to finish. Everyone that works here is so helpful and nice. Our installer **** and his helper was really details and worked very hard to make sure everything went perfectly. We love our new shower and feel very confident because Shugarmans offers lifetime warranty on the whole thing. Would recommend to anyone.

    I love my new shower!! Ive used it for a couple of weeks now, its amazing and so spacious. Its also super easy to clean. The people who worked in my house were respectful and friendly. Everyone in the office was also great to work with, always available to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommending the company to all my friends and family looking to remodel their bathroom.

    We were lied to by **** the salesman about the financing options. We were told that we could get 12 months interest free as long as we made a minimum payment and paid it off before the 12 months was up. My wife was a witness to this conversation. We could have paid cash but was convinced to use the free financing and just pay it off at the end. Now **** and Shugarmans is denying he ever told us this. Why would I want to pay double for this project it makes no sense. I want Shugarmans to pay the interest thats already been charged to our account. This is a shady business tactics.

    *******,Thanks for your review. This is a tough review for us because we know in our heart our team would never intentionally deceive you. We take integrity very seriously, it is one of our core values. We hire based off of it and it is important to us to bring in people that share in this value. With that being said, we also feel it is our responsibility to make sure that the customer understands what they are getting and clearly we didnt do that in this situation. Usually, we offer the 12 months no interest plan for our customers except that plan charges us a fee, so we offer a cash discount to customers that want to pay in cash. If a customer still wants financing, we do have a payment plan program that doesnt charge us a fee that we can offer, so we offer that as an option at the cash price. The intention here was to offer the cash price and give you the payment program option, which you can pay off early with no penalty. If this was paid off within a year, the interest paid is around the same (maybe a little more, maybe less, depending on how early its paid off) as the cash discount. This generally gives a little extra flexibility on payment options. Of course, as I type this out, I can see where it would be easy to have something get lost in translation. So ****** to us is to learn how to communicate this better. I know you probably dont care about these details now, but I wanted to offer up this rationale as to how the water may have gotten muddied vs the idea that we were doing something shady. Anyways, we have spent the last couple weeks getting this cleared up with you. We took ownership over the miscommunication, got you off the interest plan, took care of the amount of interest that accrued since we completed the job, and gave you a solution that you seemed thrilled with. Unfortunately, we have not heard back to confirm you are all good to go. We have sent numerous emails and left voicemails, so at this point we assume you want to be left alone. We would love to hear back from you and get some closure on this, but if not thats okay. Seeing as everything is completed on our end and the loans have been changed, etc. We will assume case closed. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to make this right and we apologize for making you feel slighted during our process, that is never the intention.
