      They need a no star option.But yes, my dealings with *** communication has been horrible.The female **** are more helpful then the male ****. The male **** want or gasp no customer ********************** skills. They seem to only to end the call as quickly as possible. I was given a plan at a great price. When device was picked up, the price provided changed drastically. Began phone tag trying to sort the billing and was given different details to the issue. ********** I'm not sure if that's his real name, was the on call supervisor and went on to not making the customer happy and didn't not care to lose my service. He was happy to say, your services has been canceled. Also, when device was received, was not reset before it being given to the customer, which explains the process to connect was not appearing on available networks. *** is definitely not the company i first encountered years ago. I wish you guys good luck with ***.

      Misleading billing services and promotions are bait and switch. Promissed a flat rate for T.V. service and bill kept increasing month after month. When calling in to ask why: was told new tax or sur charges but then a new promo would take care of higher price. Only to get new bill each month higher than previous billing.

      Absolutely THE WORST customer ********************** experience I have EVER had in my life on the phone with a supervisor named ****** at the customer ********************** line. My 85yo dad died; I had just paid the last bill to close acct; I have ALL THE INFORMATION and asked for an email confirmation of the closure and payment to settle the trust estate. This idiot kept asking me for the pin or secret answer to Q. I literally gave every piece of info I have - acct number, name, address, payment to the acct, death cert and confirmation of me as an executer, and he still would not honor request. Instead, he started YELLING and I mean YELLING over me, would not shut up and listen and kept yelling. I yelled back and told him to shut up and listen to his customers. He hung up on me. I have NEVER in my life had such an unbelievable interaction. Someone better fire his a** - this is a SUPERVISOR as a representative of your company, ***. F****** idiotic that you would allow that. I will be pressing legal charges against your company for simply trying to do the right thing, pay the bill and get confirmation of such. Your customer ********************** is abominable.

      Cancel service requires call to foreign call center, has a long wait, and doesn't have a call me back option. It's a huge waste of time, and the when you do get someone on the other end, they're often unhelpful. All of this is likely intentional and highly disrespectful to loyal customers.

      We have experienced nothing but issues with *** CABLE for months! In the past seven weeks, we've had seven technicians in our home, each offering a different opinion on the problem. *** repeatedly scheduled and then canceled appointments, creating a disorganized mess. We had to rearrange our schedules to be home, which was frustrating. Our TV was out for days, despite paying a premium for their service.We called *** over and over, only to be transferred, disconnected, and forced to explain our issue repeatedly to customer ********************** representatives who wouldnt listen. We pay for the In-Home *** ************* protection plan, yet despite receiving credits for our ongoing issues, our **** ***** increased. They charged us $220 for equipment they recommended, claiming our ************* plan would cover ***** a single day, we had to call *** seven times and even visit a local store to get help. After much effort, a supervisor finally removed the equipment charges, and we thought our bill was fixed. However, today, when I checked online, I saw that we had been overcharged again! It took four more phone calls today just to resolve the billing issue and it's still not resolved. Something needs to be done with this company!

      I'm a former *** customer. I had them for 10 years. Overall, their service was so-so. What I most didn't like about them was my monthly bill was all over the place. Extremely inconsistent. Judging by everyone's comments that seems to be ***** signature-MO. When I questioned it, they always used to tell me it was either a promotion expired, or the ******* would approve a rate increase on my telephone line, which according to *** would be every ***** days. I confronted them that I checked with both ********* regarding rate increases, and both had denied that numerous times. I arrived at the final conclusion when I ended my *** service, they would often sneak a small or moderate increase onto your monthly bill and hope that you don't notice it. I 101% guarantee that to be true fact. When I left them, their *** told me "You'll be back". It's been several years now; I don't miss them, at all. And I won't be back, EVER! Anyone who has *** now should quit them as soon as possible. Trust me, it won't get any better. What you see, is what you get.

      Horrendous 1-Star Review for *** Internet If I could give zero stars, I would. *** Internet is by far the most unreliable, overpriced, and infuriating service Ive ever encountered. The fact that certain apartment complexes force you to use *** as your only option is absolutely unreasonable and unfairespecially when their service doesnt even work half the time.The internet is constantly down, outages are frequent, and when it does work, its slow and inconsistent. Its beyond frustrating to pay such outrageously high prices for a service that fails at its one basic function: providing reliable internet.The customer **********************? Completely useless. Theyll give you generic excuses, offer no real solutions, and yet have the audacity to charge you full price for internet thats down for hours, if not days, on end.*** Internet is a complete scam, and its appalling that some complexes give tenants no other choice. If youre moving somewhere that uses *** as their mandatory internet provider, I suggest you
