      need reciept in writing on acct.1008522117 which was paid off on feb.29 2020 in which aperson calledkadem said hewould send reciepton 1/31/20220n mon. at 5:45 pm and talked toamoud 2/11/22 about letter of reciept and also talked to a ******* on 5/3/22 about letter of settlement thru the mail at 10:20am and also a **** on 7/1/22 at 10:55am the same response and but no letter or reciept this has been going on since feb ****** thank you for your help to get this resolved thru ncb collection *** which hurts my credit score

      In your complaint you expressed dissatisfaction over not being able to receive a receipt for the settlement on your account ending in 2117. 


      If you are looking for the proof of payment on this settlement, you can access the transaction history through your dedicated savings account through CFT.  If you are requesting a settlement in full letter, you would need to request that form from the creditor.  As Beyond Finance never held the debt in question, we would be unable to issue that letter.

      Destiny liked i talked to ****** that in 2022 i talked over the phone from jan.312022 to 5/3 /2022 in which they all stated that this account1008522117 was paid off or settled on Feb.29 2020 to **** financial thru *********************** i have the names of the people i talked to and the times and dates their names were Jasmine ******************* ******************* and Justin        Either Beyound Finance or *********************** or NCB needs to come up with a reciept for this matter in which is on my credit report for 2-3years thru NCB i need this taken care of      Thank You    ***************** -**********

      Beyond Finance does not issue payments on your behalf, payments are issued through your dedicated savings account held with ******************** Technologies (CFT).  You can access your CFT account online to get proof of payment.  


      If you are looking for a letter to indicate that the settlement has been completed, you would need to contact ************** directly, as Beyond Finance does not assume the debt during the program.

      Mattii if it needs to go to********** financial then have ********** financial send a reciept for payments to **** financial when they were taking money out of my account apparently somebody is just passing the buck when this was paid off or settled on Feb.29 2020 i gave the BBB 5or 6 names and dates and times from Beyond finance that these people all stated that this loan thru  **** financial was paid off and settled I dont care which company sends a reciept but it has been over 2 years . Thank you for your help . ***************** account #**********.
