      ** have two issues/complaints against Beyond Finance, however, do not have space to address the second.I began working with Beyond Finance to in fall 2022 to resolve debts I accrued. They had reached settlements for 2 smaller debts that I had in a timely fashion.First complaint:One of those debts was allegedly resolved in Fall of 2023. They informed me it was complete. Fast forward to now, February 2025, I was reaching out to secure a loan to resolve the last debt on my own since Beyond Finance had not come up with a reasonable, affordable settlement (more about this later). When my bank ran my credit report, there was an outstanding account in collections that they asked me about. This account, as it turns out, is the account that was allegedly resolved in 2023. I did some digging through the payment statements, and found out that ** made the final payment on 9/14/23, and that it failed to go through and was refunded to me on 10/23/23. This went unnoticed until now, and ** never paid my account in full. Therefore, unbeknownst to me, this has been sitting on my credit report negatively impacting me. ** was negligible is taking care of this action. In phone calls to BF they refused to take accountability, were unapologetic and did not seem to sense the urgency in correcting this. This needs to be resolved immediately, as in the top of the pile. They also may need to work on checking their accounting. It make me question what other work isnt being monitored, and what other departments are not fulfilling their duties in full.I may need

      I have spoken with a representative who was still checking to see if Beyond Finance would cover any additional funds beyond the initial settlement, as well as, if they will cover all remaining funds due to their error and the nightmare its created. They have in fact, not confirmed this.  They were supposed to reach back out to me and I have not yet received that communication.

      Date of transaction 2/7/2025I was talked into this plan to help with my debt. After viewing customer remarks I decided to cancel. I followed their instructions on how to cancel. I sent a telegram to the address provided which was received in time to cancel. This past week they deducted the first payment due$144.80.

      -9/12 signed agreement -made 11 biweekly payments of $133.09 from 9/16/24-1/31/25 resulting in total paid amount of $1,463.99 -company committed to providing me with debt resolution of approximately 50%. Fees were verbally discussed as being included in an estimated total program deposit of $13,842.24. However, the contract states the fees are 25% of total enrolled debt and that any resolved debt must be reported as taxable income. This was not clearly explained to me.-Company provided me with a resolution offer for one out of two lines of credit enrolled in this program. Out of the $1,463.99 I paid them, they only sent the creditor about $185 and kept the rest for fees for themselves. Then they told me that because I didnt have enough money in my account to reach an agreement for the second line of credit, the creditor was pursuing legal action against me. They told me I had a week to deposit a lump sum of $7,425.63 instead of the biweekly payments outlined in the agreement.-Overall, the resolution offers, program fees, legal fees, would have added up to me paying them a total of $15,589.36 which is more than my original enrolled debt amount of $15,427. This total doesn't include additional monthly fees for their legal subscription, savings account fees, or the taxes I would have to pay on the debt resolution.-I cancelled my subscription with them because they actually increased my debt amount instead of reducing it, and landed me in supposed legal trouble.-They then took all the remaining money I had saved with them as remaining fees and informed me I would need to make an additional payment of about $600 to cover the rest of the fees I owe them.-I contacted the collections agency directly and set up an affordable payment plan with no fees. This company is a scam. They advertise that they can reduce your debt by 50% but it is a lie. They failed on their commitment to me and made things a lot worse. I want my money back.

      Malpractice from the sales agent of the company. The person explained to my wife this was a savings account and they would settle her debt on her behalf. Agent told my wife to sign the agreement that all was well and no fees would be charged aside from a monthly fee of *****. Now a year in they have charged my wife settlement fees of $7,000 and have only paid off $500 worth of debt and have not sttled any accounts. This is mal practice on behalf of the sales agent. If tye disclosed they would be charging a 25% settlement fee for each account my wife would have never signed that agrrement

      Starting on October 24 I started paying Beyond Finance $832 every other week to help me with my debts. I learned after accepting the first debt resolution that they take 25% after making the resolution as fast as possible. They have made my debts worse and they lectured me when I stopped the program about my debts. They took over $5000 and did nothing.

      I entered into an agreement with Beyond Finance to help me settle my debts, believing they were offering a legitimate service to reduce my financial burden. However, I later discovered that Beyond Finance charged hidden fees that were NOT clearly disclosed to me at the time of the agreement, including a 25% settlement fee per account.These fees significantly reduced the amount of money that was actually being used to settle my debts. When I confronted the company, they were unwilling to provide me with the call recordings or details I requested and blocked my access to my account, preventing me from understanding how my funds were being applied.I have since filed complaints with the Attorney General, ************************************ (****), and ************************ (***) to address this situation. I am seeking accountability and a resolution to the deceptive practices of Beyond Finance and hope to alert other consumers to the risks involved.

      At the time of your requested termination you had approved offers on three of your enrolled accounts.  You approved your first offer roughly one month into your enrollment term, exceeding the established expectations.


      At the time of your enrollment, the agent reviewed your enrollment agreement with you.  You can find the details on the program fees, including how and when they are earned and collected, in paragraph 11. (a) Program Fees.  It reads, in part, as follows:


      "The Client agrees to pay the Company a fee in the amount of *****% percent of the balance of each debt enrolled into the program and where Company resolves the debt, whether directly or indirectly through Companys agents, with the creditor"


      "Program fees are due and earned when: (i) the Company reaches a resolution on an enrolled debt with a creditor, (ii) the Client accepts and agrees to the new terms, and (iii) the first payment of the new agreed upon terms is made to the creditor."


      You can also find a detailed breakdown of fees related to your dedicated account on page 17, the *** Pay Agreement section.  


      Additionally, you can locate a summary breakdown on page 11 that provides a clear breakdown of all estimated costs related to the program.


      All fees earned and collected were done so within the established expectations. 


      Regarding access to your client portal, upon the completion of your requested termination you no longer have access to that portal.  This access was not revoked in any way as an act of retaliation.  You do retain full access to your dedicated account information with *********************************, which includes your account ledger.

      I enrolled with Beyond Finance on 1/11/2025. They were clear with the process they use on the phone when enrolling but very, VERY unclear about the fees. After I seen my first deposit come out of my bank account, I was feeling pretty good until I checked up on everything a week later or so on my Beyond Finance account dashboard, just before my second deposit came out. Beyond Finance had taken 37% off the top of my initial deposit. When I confronted them about this, I couldn't get a straight answer on where it went from anybody. Finally I was told it was fees, fees, fees. This fee, that fee etc.. After that I told them I was not aware of the staggering amount of fees being taken from my deposits and that I need to do some research about this and to my surprise, I am finding hundreds and hundreds of negative reviews and complaints from this company. Some about other issues but a lot of the complaints are about the unclear fees. When my second deposit hit, they adjusted my fees to reflect 19% from my deposits, but had I not said anything to them I would likely be out quite a bit of money, especially over a long period of time. I had requested cancellation of my account and a refund as they promised. The only thing that they did, a day later, was cancel my next scheduled deposit but the three deposits after that remained on the schedule. The next day I asked again to please cancel my entire account and send me a refund of my deposits. They keep saying someone will reach out to complete cancellation as it is a requirement. It has been over 2 days and I'm still waiting on said phone call. Let's see how this goes because none of my accounts are even close to being negotiated. I just want out and my money back before I go through what apparently hundreds of other people have already gone through, if not thousands...

      Roughly about 2 years ago I was reluctant at first to give this company a try as *** handled credit negotiations my self. This company beyond finance promised a speedy and hassle free approach to contacting creditors and negotiating better deals to which once fully paid off they would claim a 25% fee. Beyond Finance for 25 months before I called and stopped the program negotiated a lower amount for example I received a debt cancellation letter for taxes out lining the balance from *********** listed at 800 dollars. Beyond finance charged me 1650 and then paid themselves 25 % of that settled amount. This goes for other accounts where I contacted the creditors and had a smaller ***** then what was being reported by beyond finance. Not only did they pay themselves over 2500 in fees and services I did not know about but my debt resolution was taking a very long time since the money deposited was not going towards my debt but they pockets.

On January 26, 2025, I initiated my first withdrawal request of $4,500 from my dedicated account, which holds a total of $10,000 for debt repayment purposes. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past two weeks, Beyond Finance has failed to process my withdrawal, providing only vague assurances to bear with us or be patient without offering a concrete resolution or timeline.This delay has caused significant financial strain, as I rely on these funds to manage my debt obligations. I have observed that similar complaints have been lodged against Beyond Finance, indicating a potential pattern of delayed fund disbursements and inadequate customer service I am seeking the immediate release of my requested funds and a comprehensive explanation for the delay.
