After COVID, I needed to settle some debt, so I turned here. The people that work here are nice, but right off the bat there was some shady stuff going on. They dont give you all the info on the fees they take out, they just hide it in the contract you sign. Once I realized they were taking out a bunch of money I was not informed of I tried to cancel but I was coursed into staying because it would be cheaper. No in fact it wasnt because of all the fees they take out every month and the 25% fee they take from the settlement. When I finally had enough, I canceled and I was told that the money that was taken out of my account would be put back. Still, two weeks later it isnt. I was told by two different people one being the manager. Again, I was told I would get my money back on two different occasions. So I called them up again asking about my money and now theyre telling me that the rest of my money went into a settlement fee which the lady on the phone couldnt even explain to me what that meant. Just a terribly shady company from my experience.Beyond Finance

I'm not sure what to think. New to this option. All I know is I was told not to pay credit cards. That I'm going to have bad credit now. It supposedly is going to take me 4 years to get out of debt. And I had to give them my bank account info. And I have to give them money to pay my debts off thT I was already paying on. I'm not totally comfortable with this solution. Matter of fact I've been worried about what I just signed my life away to. I am hoping to God I made a correct decision on getting out of debt. Sorry if this sounds negative but now I have no credit. All the customer service was good, I hope this isn't a scamBeyond Finance
