Beyond Finance has been such a great experience for me. Getting into debt due to some unexpected and challenging life changes was NOT fun - but, getting out of debt with a company like Beyond Finance has been - I guess I could say - fun. Everyone I spoke to consistently had a positive attitude, professional manner, and the representatives were always so friendly, kind and informative about the process. Today I am glad to give a very good report for this program. I had a debt for over $23,000 and they were able to negotiate and bring it to less than $10,000. The last 4 months my credit score went down, but I am glad that creditor won't be calling me again and I am not paying a loan with such a high interest rate. This situation has opened my eyes to so much and I am grateful for the assistance offered by the team of Beyond Finance.Beyond Finance

This program is just okay. It's great if you don't have another option. They bury the lead in the explanation. They don't explain that your bills will go unpaided for ****** which will stay on your credit rating for YEARS.My husband and I decided not to follow through with the program. They don't offer any written documentation, just a "recorded line". Nothing for personal records. This does not feel secure or safe.Beyond Finance

We always aim for transparency with regard to our process, and we're sorry that there was some confusion about how our program works.As stated during the enrollment process and in the enrollment agreement, participating in our debt resolution program will likely adversely impact your credit for a time. While you may temporarily take one step back in terms of your creditworthiness, youll take five steps forward with resolving debt. Practicing positive credit behavior can help you build your creditworthiness back up over time.We are sorry to hear that our program was ultimately not the right fit for you. My concern was not so much the step back in credit. I understand that. My husband and I decided to take a different action that would not affect our credit as much. My dissatisfaction was centered around the inability to get written confirmation about my cancellation. I am happy to report that that has also been resolved.Review fromRachel L
