Services not rendered.On August 27, 2022, I contracted Creative Design Crew to create a logo for my business based on my idea for the logo. (see attachment 1, invoice ID# ******. On September 2, 2022, I received an email regarding the price of registration with the ****** (see attachment 2) I sent them the application data their representative, *********************, requested. (See attachment 3 and 4).On September 5, 2022, I paid and received an invoice of $1126.00 for the registration service to be done. (see attachment 5 ID# ************** times between November 2022 and July 2023, I contacted the Creative Design Crew, stating why they hadnt updated me regarding my registration. In August 2023, I was informed by one of their employees that there was a data breach in June 2023, and they had lost all the information regarding their clients' work and information. I asked for copies of the documentation regarding my ***** registration; I was told they dont have the paperwork. I spoke to a copyright attorney who checked and informed me that my companys name or logo was not registered in the ***** system. Between September 2023 and December of this year, I called CDCrew several times and asked for the ***** registration number and any documentation to prove the registration was done. All I have gotten from their project managers, ****** and *****, and their legal department is that they cant provide any registration details and that the registration was completed and needs to be renewed. (See attachment 6) I requested my past payment invoices, which they sent me on December 8, 2023 (see attachments 7 & 8, Invoice # *****). However, if you check the payment dates on the invoices they sent me, they deliberately changed the payment date to May 9, 2022, to justify their timeline to state that my registration is past due. My past payment to have the logo designed was on August 27, 2022, and the registration fee was paid on September 5, 2022. (See attachment 1 & 5)Initial Complaint

I paid Creative Design Crew to make a logo for my small business and to file the paperwork for a trade ***** I was sent the completed files to use for my business in various formats. I was verbally advised by ***** that the design was mine to use, and there was no mention of ongoing payments and ownership rights. I also received the approved copyright (registration number Vault *********, dated 05/09/2023). Earlier this month, Creative Design Crew started calling me saying my ownership was expiring and that I could purchase the rights for varying lengths of time at different prices. No where, was I ever advised that paying them was going to be on going! I asked them to stop calling me and to send me, in writing, what I had purchased, and what they were asking me to purchase. I purchased a logo from this company, I was told I would receive 8 drafts and we could then choose a draft I would like, this company sent me the final draft and we agreed we loved it, then we get told we can't have the final draft because we have to pay for an application to ***** for a trademark, the company charged me $899 plus tax for a lifetime trademark, I should've caught the problem at this moment because with ***** applications there is not any tax involved. I called ***** just to verify and they confirmed they don't charge tax on patent/trademark applications. I just received another call saying my application was approved and asking me if I wanted a 10 yr, 20 yr, 50 yr, or lifetime, I mentioned I already paid them for the lifetime, they're a scam company don't use this service after checking with uspto they never even filed an application, they're job is only to design a logo, they don't need to control your uspto application. I was trying to get a logo for myself around October 2022, and just this year, they called me on Thanksgiving to cancel my practice with them, but I needed to pay for a team to keep working. I did the basic package, and they claimed most of the high-end charges were for trademark purposes, and the government needed that money. I would also like to mention that they were trying to get me to pay a 166$ fee for the government to cancel everything. Frankly, I'm just more angry that I missed this last year, and it took me until now to see this. I want a refund, but I know that would be a stretch. I no longer have the business and explained I no longer need your services because I dissolved the company and I continue to receive calls from this company. I paid over 11K to this website development company for a website and a logo. The first red flags were that every time they speak to us they require a payment for something new. At my first purchase I said wow what a great price, I can't believe it is so cheap. They failed to tell me I would have to make multiple purchases. At first the drafts for the logos came in at reasonable times. Over time the quality worsened and it took longer to receive revisions. Different staff were pushy and rude and required me to pay thousands right on the spot without prior warning. Once I was convinced and paid, they kept missing meetings over the phone and could not be reached. When I said I do not want to work with them, all of a sudden they were able to speak on the phone and provided me proof of my domain which I paid over 3K. The form does not look real and they still have not given me access to anything. They created a dummy website and said it was mine. I never agreed on anything because I could never reach them for a conversation. I am desperate to get my money back and devastated to have spent so much and I have nothing to show for it.Initial Complaint

Regarding the charge for $805.00 on 6/15/2023 from Wisdom ******************************** for a fully-functional custom Website. This company and its staff failed to produce the product they promised. My communication with this company began 6/15/2023 (Date of purchase) and ended on 7/2/2023 (Date refund requested). After this, not a single email, product, or refund has been received to date on my end from any person or body representing Wisdom ********************************.Creative Design crew told me today over the phone (I recorded the entire phone call) that they will never work on my website again because I tried to get a refund. They told me that they would work on it if I bought a dedicated server and maintenance plan from them for:1yr $1389 3yr $1989 5yr $2599 20yr $4100 They showed me the most recent website mock-up at ******************************************************* it clearly has no functioning components. My own website that I build through Ecwid before I ever reached out to CreativeDesignCrew.com is better and actually functions. File a charge back request with your credit card company ASAP!!!And don't take to long to respond to the fake rebuttal they will send to your credit card company claiming you were 'Over the moon' about the product you purchased from them. You MUST provide your credit card company with DATES, such as date of purchase, when the work was expected to be done, and emails showing your requested a refund. Again, I was too late and my credit card company ***** made a ruling before I had sent in the information they asked for. I'm out $805 and will never see a ***** of it. PLEASE, they will play into your own greed offering you discounted deals that are too good to be true. Even Small claims court is inadequate for this. Starting in September 2023 I purchased logo designs, website package, logo registration package, marketing package and an Alibaba subscription from Creative Design Crew. My assigned account manager kept pushing the purchase of items with the promise of delivering a quality website and marketing package. I realized I was being taken advantage. As I am ready to launch my website, the new account manager will not release my webpage and will not refund my marketing package. I have spent a total of $5935 and have received nothing. I recently asked for a refund for the marketing package of $1520 since nothing had been done and was denied. Should I contact an attorney in CA since I live in DE?Initial Complaint

I have hired them to do a design and Logo. I paid $326 for the Logo and $1725 for a website builder. The creative design crew provided the Logo, not the website. I dealt with ****** and ******************* for months and have failed. It has been a constant fight. A few weeks before I launched my practice, *** contacted me and offered to discuss an extra host server from them for my website to be live, and that would have cost me about $3900 extra. My husband and I hung up and went in to purchase a host on Godaddy and call the creative design crew back with the host. **** stated," This is garbage. I will only put your website live if you purchase the host from the host for $3500, which is a discounted price, and the money is due now. We were harassed and bullied to buy that host from the Creative design crew. We decided not to give them extra money, and they kept their word not to make our website live. We had to hire a new company and pay him extra to expedite our website. We are requesting our money back. August 22, 2023 I purchased a logo package from Creative Design Crew with the understanding they offered a money back guarantee. I was talked up to the highest logo package they offered. I was advised that I would be receiving a phone call within 24hrs from my Project Manager. I received an email on 8/22/23 at 7:59 pm stating that they would be calling the next day and asked what time would be best. I responded to that email the following day at 7:52 am stating anytime that day would be good. 7:40 pm I sent a follow up email with my concerns. I received an email back within 2 mins stating they were sending over my initial logo designs. They did send over the initial logos shortly after. I was very dissatisfied with the service and the logos that I received were generic, so I responded with a request to cancel, I received no return email or phone call. I contacted the company via phone at 8:56 am on 8/24/2023 with no answer. I called again at 10:45 am and I was told that I needed to speak to a project manager and that someone would call me between 9:00 - 9:30 am there time (CA). I received no phones calls. I called again at 1:02 pm and expressed my concerns again and I advised I wanted to cancel and have my money returned. I was given additional excuses and was being told that I needed to speak with project manager but he was again not available. I advised that I was not interested in speaking to anyone further about my concerns, I was not happy with the services being provided and per their policy I was able to cancel and receive a refund. I requested to speak to someone that would be able to process my cancelation and process my refund. Another person got on the line and continued with the same response as the other 2 people I spoke to. No matter how many times I requested to cancel and have refund they just continued to run on about the options in the package I purchased I advised again I want to cancel and have refund. The line went dead.
