  I was on a tight deadline and a tighter budget, and honestly wasnt sure if they could pull it off. Not only did they deliver on time, but they didnt sacrifice quality. The design looks stunning, the pages are optimized for speed, and they even helped me with some copy tweaks. Its hard to find a team that moves fast and pays attention to the little thingsthese folks do both.

  I would give zero stars if I could . **** **************** are scam artists. They should be jailed for their scams. They will give you the run around . They do not follow through with what they say. **** ******** tried ripping us off I called him out . ***** said he was fired for ripping others off. Except when we emailed the email on the webpage **** ******** reached out again. When I confronted them both they ghosted me. I am an owner of a small business they ripped me off for 2 webpages being built several thousands of dollars down the drain. Do not use these clowns. They are definitely scam artists.

  These ninjas are total fraud and scammers. They will take your payment and never design anything and stop responding. They also operate under *********************************** and ***************. Stay away from them!!!

  Creative Design Crew is a scam. Do not use them. I purchased a complete site from them, including seo marketing and social media writing for a year. When looking for my site, 99% of the time it can not be found. Creative Design Crew told me that I needed to have social media done professionally as it is always changing. The social media was given to me the day before the end of the month and done extremely poorly. I purchased everything before the site went live and it was a 30k mistake. Everything just crumbled when the site went live. I realized then that they are complete scammers. Never use them and do not trust them. They told me that I have no control over my site and I did have that verified. I lost all control of my ********, Instagram and my site itself. Save yourself and look for a trusted company to start your company right. Thank you for reading this and hope you DO NOT USE CREATIVE DESIGN CREW.

  Creative Design Crew is a total fraud, and they will scam you out of your money and continue to try to get more money out of you. I spend almost $5000 on websites, logos, logo registration, marketing package, etc. and only got a couple of logos (which I could have done myself in Canva). I dealt with 3 different account managers, and they all lied about what they can do. I sued them in my home state and won by default. They tried to negotiate with me and wanted to complete the work. When I refused, *** (his fake American name) got made and added malware to my website, rendering it unusable. Now I am going to report them to the federal trade commission. If you have been scammed by CDC, consider filing a civil suit against them in small claims court. You should all file a claim with the Federal trade Commission, FTC.gov. It is imperative that customers take action against fraudulent companies like CDC. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

  I had a terrible experience with this company. they are rude, pressuring you to buy more and more even after forcefully saying no. In the end I was delivered an unusable product. In trying to resolve problem with company I was talked over, interrupted and yelled at.Use this company if you you don't care about your money! Terrible service, terrible products One star because no stars are permitted.

  Creative Design Crew also goes by Creative Design Legend I purchased logo platinum thinking that was the total cost. All I was seeking was a copyrighted company logo. They did a good job with creating the logo. I was satisfied with their work.When the logo was finalized (February 2024) they indicated $420 fee for "Logo Registration - State Level". They said it was required by law.Fast forward to June, they called me and claimed that a fee of $430 was required for *************************** They said it was required by law.I ignorantly gave them permission to charge my credit card number.I have submitted a claim to the *** for fraud investigation. I hope the authorities get those responsible for scamming people.

  This company it TERRIBLE! When I ask why there are over 30 negative reviews on BBB, the response was "Our competitors leave bad reviews because they want to hurt our business" Every review on here is the same story from different unsatisfied customers...Biggest waste of $1,030 in my life. I signed up to have website created with "unlimited revisions" while offering a money back satisfaction guarantee. The money back guarantee is void after 48 hours of payment, which is before you receive any mock up website drafts. When I asked for the money back policy, I was blocked from their chat room on the website. This is a horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM.

  DO NOT USE! Everything they claim they are is false. I sent $1190.00 expecting a website and a logo. They stated they were 100% money back guarantee but I have yet to receive my return after realizing this crew new nothing about design nor building web sites. I explained what I wanted in detail (practically designing the ideas myself) and they still came back with cookie cutter/google searched ideas that I could have completed myself on any "do it yourself" web design sites. After several attempts of explaining exactly what I wanted they never seemed to create a finishing product that I was even remotely happy with. I then asked for my money to be returned because we were wasting each others time. I even stated, "keep a couple hundred for our wasted time". I was told that would not happen since they are 100% money back guarantee and that my money would be returned. After weeks of asking about my money I received an email stating that they were out of office and when returned on Monday $700- $800 would be returned to my credit card. Allowing plenty of time for money to be returned and realizing this was not happening, I text and emailed again requesting my money. I would receive excuses as to "I am out of the office, I had a family emergency, I am on vacation". When I wrote my final letter to the company and everyone involved that I will pursue other actions if my money is not returned within 20 days, I received absolutely NO response. I have emails and texts to prove all of these transactions.

  I agree, they have undisclosed fees. Every step will cost a fee. They will never walk you through the actual process and the fees associated with it. ********************* was the creative project manager, which I think isn't his real name. PLEASE AVOID USING THIS COMPANY. Do not get caught up with their shown interest in your company and the reason for wanting them to design a logo. That is their way to make you feel comfortable, before, BAM! you're stuck! You pay a fee for the design. To receive the final design, they will tell you that they will need to register your business with USPTO. They will have you agree to register before walking you through the website and the fee. So after looking at the fees, you say you don't want to. They will slap you with a $100 cancellation fee. I do not understand how some people can live with the fact that they are ruining people's lives by tricking them into thinking that all these fees are necessary. Shame on these people!
