  Clearly this place is in the business of telling you one thing and then doing another. I legit just wanted a design to use for a baseball team that kids play on and not some money making business. Didn't want to design it myself and figured $80-100 wasn't that big of an expense to have someone else do it. Unfortunately after weeks of back and forth edits, I find out that these crooks won't release it to me unless I pay some sort of registration at "federal or state," level in the area of $499 - 799. Apparently its in their fine print that this is mandatory which who the h*** has time to read that. To add on to this the design wasn't even all that great in the first place. I wish i would have read the reviews for this company before spending any money and wasting my time.

  They do not deliver work promised. It's elementary and not nearly as creative as they show in their portfolio. They say 4 designers will work on project but it's only 1. They are dishonest and deliverables undesirable.

  Creative Design Crew out of ********* ********** is a horrible Webpage design company!!! When I contacted them, I was very upfront about my lack of Tech savvy and CLEARLY told them I want as little involvement in process as possible because I just do not understand the lingo, the process or the structure of the webpage. I just wanted a Webpage for my company to describe my services available to the public. During negotiations for the *************** it started out $500 for the logo and $5k for the website featuring videos of this and that, I clearly told them it was way out my budget, I just want a simple website I am a very small company and do not wish to convey that I can take on massive projects, as I mostly work alone. Long story shortened, miraculously, the price went down to $399 for the Logo, which I am happy with, $2k for the Website to which I was a bit disappointed with, but everything is getting more and more expensive, so I agreed. I clearly asked them if that was going to be the full price of the Website, to which he said yes it was. The next time I spoke to him, he was trying to chisel me out of THOUSANDS more for domain ************** searches. They never informed of these charges in the negotiation process! I specifically asked if the $2500 is going to cover EVERYTHING!Now, my Web page is not looking like a reality, it has delayed me by months costing me tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue with the design crew dragging its feet. I have no other choice to seek legal mean for a resolution!!!! I've asked again and again for the final draft for approval, all I received was the same on they sent me WEEKS ago, when I made a few correction requests. All that was needed to finish the final draft was to delete one picture mistakenly inserted to the photo array, swap out another with a more accurate depiction of my equipment. Insert the wording of services I already approved. I'm at my **** end and have no more patience with these clowns!

  DO NOT USE Creative Design Crew! Protect your business, your mental health, and your money. I engaged with this company on March 14, 2023 and was sold on a Logo Platinum Package ($325). A few days later, I was sold on a website with domain, hosting, and *** ($2,240). Per their website, I expected first concepts within ***** hours. To be fair, the initial design concept on my logo was delivered March 16, 2023. The work looked like something I would draw on Windows Paint. After several revisions and waiting for response, my final logo was delivered April 13, 2023 (after I communicated dissatisfaction). I never received all products promised (greyscale, B&W, stationary, and biz cards) just the full color vector. The initial design concept on my website was not delivered until March 28, 2023. The design was identical in color and even boxes to a competitor website that I provided them for inspiration. It was also way off the **** and stock photos of **** women were used FOR AN EVENT DESIGN COMPANY. At that point, I was fed up with Creative Design Crew and filed a complaint. I spoke to their "Head of Legal" on April 6, 2023 and was presented with their ****************** for the first time which states that once revisions to the logo are made, there is no refund. Since I purchased a package as well, I was disqualified for the website refund. I also did not get a refund on my domain because they had already purchased it, but didn't even refund me for the *** work that did not happen. The Head of Legal refused me a refund until I brought up small claims court, at which point I was told I'd get $588 on the website back within 30 days. Despite their 100% money guarantee. I still have not received that refund. Creative Design Crew is a complete scam. They do not have the professionalism, creative skills, or the integrity that is expected with the hefty price tag. That is clear in the fact that they provided me with their T&C a month later and after the fact.

  False advertising! Paid for a logo design service and even though it said that I would have 100% ownership rights of the logo, they force you to pay $800 to their legal team to "release ownership rights." Wasted hours of my time trying top sell me a website even though I told them I didn't want one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

  Very unprofessional via text message, "******" texted me, ******: This is ****** from Creative Design Crew. You sign up on our website looking to get a custom design for your brand. May I know the nature and name of your business please?Me: Not Anymore, Thank you though. ******: Why did you sign up? We have a got a job here. So you'd better don't waste other people's time. Keep in mind his text messages have grammatical errors. How am I suppose to trust a company who can't cannot write correctly. Got called back to back from **************. A very unprofessional experience.

  Im only giving 2 stars because I read that it disrupts the algorithm. They deserve zero stars. It is a total bait and switch. They designed the logo that I PAID for and was promised full rights to and then when completed they wanted another $499 to file it. I said don't file it just give me my logo I will file. i got all kinds of scripted responses. In the end I paid for nothing and have to start over. Absolute scam. Oh and the whole time they are trying to upsell you on other services they offer. ridiculous!

  So I gave them one last chance. They asked me to delete my last review, which I did Internet for to build a better relationship. Looking back, I should not have. This all started back in November-ish. I called them, hoping that they could *********** label creative design company. I so far paid about $5000 to this company and have not seen one sent in return. I paid for a website that is not complete. I paid for social media marketing that did not produce any results. In four months, it produced 25 leads. Thats ridiculous. All of which were not even in my target market. They sold me on hosting five years for $5000 or something like that. I luckily was able to only break it out in the payments and I paid the first payment hoping that the promise of $3000 to $5000 in return would pay for the rest. Unfortunately, I never saw a scent. When I finally went ahead and move to a different hosting platform, I got a call from ******. ****** said that he had a client that was ready to pay and he would give them to me. Because it came from my social media advertisements. That I paid for. Well, it is now over a week later and I have not heard anything. Unfortunately, there are just a bunch of lies, they will take your money. Try to get you to pay more money and then they will not produce anything for you. My suspicion is is that they take your money and use your brand and try to steal your leads. Thats the only thing I can think of. Im really disappointed and I would urgently and loudly recommend that you run as far away from this company as you can. Unfortunately, it turned out to be more of a scam than anything.

  TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are on you while trying to get your business but once you pay them they avoid you. It took over 3 months for me to get my logo, I paid for a big package that included multiple things, it has now been a year and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I worked with ************************* and ********************* and they are both dodging me. Customer service never answers or replies to chat or emails. 5 star reviews are fake! I will be writing a review on every page I find them, they are scammers!!!
