Had 2 good transactions then horrid one. Obvious damaged from **** and they refuse to do anything. Avoid them they are just looking to do the bare minimum. Others would have at least returned the product.Two Moms Buy Test Strips

The customer is maintaining that there was damage to the shipping container by ***** and that this damage was transferred to the item in the box that was being shipped to us. There is nothing to substantiate this claim. We take pictures of the shipping container, and we always inspect it to see if damage occurred in shipping. There was no damage to the shipping box. The item the customer sent was actually torn. That is not the type of damage that occurs in shipping. Usually we would see a corner dented or a crease in the box. The customer also alleges that others would have returned the product. There are no Test Strip companies that return products that are sent to them in error or that are damaged. This is because weve already paid the shipping costs to receive the item, among other factors such as cost and staffing and storage areas for products that have been sent to us in error. These terms and conditions are prominently displayed on our website and customers have to agree to these terms and conditions before they do business with us.Review fromMelissa L.
